I have not been seen here yet, but I sure hope the doctors are nicer than the lady who takes their calls. I did not get a chance to ask for the doctor I was hoping to see. I also was cut off by her during the phone call! She needs to learn to stay professional despite how busy a day is-- we all work and have busy days so no attitude or rushing will make it any easier! I am very upset about her customer service. I will be speaking with someone in regards to her rushy service.

Had red patches on my skin. made appointment seen Dr Justin Madson. Hes is full of himself. I had several questions about the cancer medicine he prescribed. Would not call me told me if you want to ask questions make another appt. Way to throw a 20 year VET under the bus. Dont see this man if u go there.This is why VETS die with Doctors like this.

Had a severe reaction to an acne medication. Turns out the medicine was not suitable for my gender or age group, and I had a significantly higher risk of a serious allergic reaction. They didnt seem to care when called, and took their time calling back. If you enjoy doctors who prescribe medication they know nothing about, this is your place!
