By far the rudest staff I have ever met in my life and not only was it them but worst of all was Dr. Luckasen. Within second of walking into the room you could tell he was going out of his way to be rude. Doesnt say hi, doesnt introduce himself, doesnt ask how everything is going, just looks straight down at me and ask "what am i supposed to do for you" with a disturbed face. So right away I answer feeling almost like I have to as fast as I can because I felt so intimidated. Long story short, I tell him I wanted laser surgery for my face and he looks me says " you are to young and your other doctors should of told you that" and then start poking at my face ungently with his fingers trying to get me to turn my face toward my mom. Right away you could tell he was trying to get us out of his sight so my mother begins to tell him that we had gotta up at 6 to drive to Omaha to see them and we took off work for this. So in exchanged he grabs my arm, pulls me off the chair and tells us " You guys can leave". The most unprofessional thing I have ever seen.

I made an appointment to see the doctor, the day I wanted to go she was at a different location so I went to where she was. The doctor came to my room, look at my skin prescribed me medication and was out of the room within four minutes. Later on that week, I began to realize i was having a reaction to the medication she prescribed me. I then made another appointment with the same doctor at the main location here on Farnam. Worst Service Ever. I waited 30 minutes before I was token to a room, and was given a nurse with a horrible tone in her voice for the begining of the appointment. I did not get to see the doctor that day because I had already waited longer than necessary and I had else where to be, when I told the nurse I had to leave she said a very snarky comment, which I did not appreciate, very unprofessional. Im choosing a new dermatologist office, and a new doctor.

Great experience. YES, the wait time seemed to be longer than expected...I waited approximately 20 mns past my appointment time before being called back. However, once I was back with the nurse and doctor I understood the wait. They actually take their time to listen to you and address your concerns. I left feeling reassured and most of all, like my skin issues were important to the doctor and staff. I would also like to mention that the 20 minutes I spent waiting past my appointment time, were 20 minutes spent listening to other patients talking about how much they love this office and the care theyre receiving.

Horrible!!!! Waited 45 minutes.I get in the room and Dr Johnson comes in to examine my moles. Less than 2 minutes he glances at them very unproccasional! I explained to him my concern about a mole Ive had for about 10 years that has changed he tells me its a bug bite ! I would not recommend him he doesnt care about people only his pockets !

Dr Jason was wonderful. I waited about 15 minutes after appointment time to be called in. The waiting time and procedure took no more that 45 minutes. He is a wonderful doctor and the staff is very pleasant.

Bullsh!t office. Had a 745 appointment, its 830 and Im still in the lobby. Watching people with 815 appointments go in. They tell me to wait. Do not come ro this sh!try cattle chute
