Consistently bill you wrong, willfully commit insurance fraud. They dont care who pays for their screw ups as long as its not them. A mistake was made on their end (tests ordered which I had verbally declined), and I was literally told by their billing department, "Well, were not going to pay for it." They then proceeded to resubmit the paperwork with some fabricated information in the hopes that insurance would pay for it (insurance fraud) rather than biting the bullet themselves. Never once apologized. I reported them to my insurance and only then did my bill conveniently disappear. Every single member of my family has had a billing issue with them. My mother called to dispute something and was literally hung up on. The front end and billing staff are rude more often than not. I have no idea why this place is still in business. The shadiest medical establishment I have ever dealt with.

First I have a urine test. I assumed it was a standard test especially after I have had given the doctor a complete list of ALL of the medications I was currently taken. That urine test cost me $1500.00 out of my pocket!!! And Im only on society security disability. Next I was given 2 optioned. Either have injections in my back insid^ the office . Which after having my daughter and getting an epidural which at that time they had great difficulty understanding it. So having injections in a office did not sound like something unwanted no party to. My second opinion was physical therapy 2 to 3 times a week @ the rate of $25.00 pei simply c BL

Went here to see a nurse practitioner after my primary care left the Norton office. They were very odd, one of the nurses told me she works three jobs and then they were right outside the door talking about me like I was some crazy person shipped up from norton. I literally only wanted a referral, and I had barely said anything. Dr. Marable came into the office and acted like she had to bully me around for some reason. She insisted that the neuro I was seeing now was an amazing doctor and how dare a peon such as myself question him. Thanks to her, Ive had five months with some pill pushing neuro that has a one star rating on yelp and absolutely no help at all. She was so incredibly rude, its a complete waste of time and itll ruin your day to see her. CO

They suck, the urgent care is pathetic, the guy Dr in urgent care never does his job right he is an old man who needs his liscense revoked... I was waiting there to see my Dr for over 2 hours one day, another time they forgot about me in the room! Why is this place open still? How do they still have patients.. Anything that has to do with Morton hospital needs to get shut down asap... This city is the worst for Drs PR

Cant seem to bill correctly either. Fighting a bill from December of which they took months to send in the first place. I just called their billing department and got hung up on. Disgusted!
OK I dont give up easily. Tried again and finally spoke to who I needed to and they even called me back not once but twice to assure me the issue is resolved. Thank you for improving on your services. I just may be back! MA

Came into the office to be told that my appointment was cancelled, It would have been nice for them to contact me ahead of time and tell me. Then they say that they cant get me rescheduled until October, its currently the middle of August. LI

I so love Dr. Brendan Ryan. He takes great care of his patients. And very empathetic. He diagnosed my problem and I am glad to have the best care after many years of misdiagnosis from many other doctors. Bless him RE

Ive had a couple slights issues but overall all the staff are great helpful.My drs are the best i wonder. How anyone could say they had a bad experience.
