This is a horrible place. Every time I make an appointment, its with a different doctor who doesnt individulize your care. They refuse to help and make you, and make you feel like the biggest piece of garbage. The front desk staff are all rude as hell and completly incompetant. The nurses have no idea where to begin explaining about vaccines and their side effects which is my fundemental right to know exaclty what is in my medicine. The nurse and their aids are extremely unfrofessional, and like to listen in the rooms while tge docor is with their patients. When I was a child, CHA was such a wonderful place but more recently, it conveys a capitolistic facade making you literally just a number and a paycheck. I went to my PCP for stomach and intestinal problems and it wasnt until 7 months later that I finally get to see the GI specialist who was another phony fraud usless liar. He found abosultely nothing wrong, but insisted i continue to see him once month. To me that screams "I want your money." They miss diagnosed my mothers ovarian cancer for 3 years resulting in to become stage 3. They also misdiagnosed another friend of mine who also had cancerous ovarian cycts. Do not go to CHA if you want quality health care.

I was a first time patient @ this location. I got called inside and nurse told me that the doctor was running a little late but should be in with u in 15 mins. She said... After waiting 40 mins. i go outside and ask a nurse for the doctor. 10 mins after that a different doctor arrived saying she was going to check me instead of doctor Dhaduvai.. the lady that saw me was nice but the point is that they automatically give u any doctor without any notice. They basically forgot that i was inside the room.

It used to be a good practice with experienced doctors in the past but now this is one of the worst practice. Its full of medical students who will check you on behalf of the Dr. and will eat up all of the time and Dr. will see you for 5 min and if you have questions they will say time up as all visits are strictly scheduled for 15-20 min. even they lack proper medical supplies. their billing department is horrible. I wish I can give them negative five. stay away from this practice.

Today as a NEW PATIENT, I have to meet Dr Woodruff, and without notice my doctor has been changed to Dr. Albert. I find Dr. Albert but it seems there was some TIME CONSTRAINT and was not able to discuss the complete medical history with him. I checked later with staff/ reception and she even was aware why the doctor has been changed. The hospital/ clinic seems to be dis-oriented, untidy and did not have a good feeling about the same.

If you are trying to get information through a phone call, Im telling you right now, do not waste your time. Out of the two people that i spoke with couldnt help me at all and made me feel like i was the one wasting their time. They got me bouncing from department to department until i finally decided to call again and thanks to Julia who answered the phone and knew how to respond to the simplest situation ever. This place needs to get their administrative act together. Since I first applied there theyve overcharged me multiple times, have taken weeks, or even months to return my phone calls, presented information in very confusing ways, and so on. Yes, they take many insurances but its mostly because they want to put butts in the doctors offices, rather than actually provide you health care.

One a half year after our experience with them and we are still hassling with their medical records office. Being a healthcare professional myself I can attest the care provided here is NOT patient-centered care. From our experience the doctors in the pediatric department are inexperienced and didnt realize basic things like the fact that babies need sleep in order to be healthy.

I have been sitting in the exam room for an hour now, the nurse didnt even afford me enough respect to close the door. So, I have been sitting here having to listen to them laugh and screw around for the past hour... Leaving and calling my insurance to tell them not to pay out for this waste of my time.

Dont go to this hospital, I visited to hospital for first time and Nurse took height weight and Blood pressure, Ask some question from her excel sheet. And then doctor arrived for 3 mins, Ask some question, like do i smoke/drink. And they charged more than 200$
