The receptionist is nice and so is the technician. The doctor on the other hand talks politics. Has a very strong opinion on them. I wasnt there for that. Also I had problems with a small bill that was outstanding. $40. I did not understand that I was not being booked for another sleep study due to this matter BECAUSE NOBODY EXPLAINED IT TO ME. The equipment is going back to ENOS. Since bariatric surgery, I dont need it. Another thing the doctor was strongly against, even though I have a family history. Funny, dont have surgery but here, keep using this machine and we will keep billing your insurance. THAT makes sense!

Honestly one of the worst practices in the area. Every person who works the reception area is extremely rude, especially over the phone. If you hate your job, please just get a new one. Almost every time I make an appointment, they call me the week before to reschedule it. They wouldnt refill my medications without seeing me, even though Ive been a patient for years and had an appointment scheduled the following week aka hungry for the co-pays. Theyve been sued in the past and now I know why. I found a new doctor and you probably should too.

Sleep study center is excellent. Staff is helpful, considerate and a pleasure to deal with. After hearing horror stories of other sleep study centers that had uncomfortable beds and unreasonable expectations like wanting you to fall a seep on demand, this place was set up like a bedroom with a very comfortable bed, tv and undemanding staff. I was shocked how easily I fell asleep
