Originally got contacts and glasses after a thorough eye exam, no problems. Went back a year later to see if my prescription was still valid. The receptionist looked me up and said that my eye glass prescription was valid, but contacts were not. I said great, so I can get a pair of glasses today. She rudely replied, well it depends on your insurance??? I was quite put off. I have flex spending to use and it did NOT depend on my insurance. She was so ignorant to me, that I left without buying a new pair. Now I am going to go somewhere else with my prescription.

The new doc is wonderful but as usual the eyeglass selection in Plaistow is really lousy. I have to go to Portsmouth to get a nice frame which is crazy as I am over the border in Massachusetts.

Great service, got me in within two days, very professional. Only reason for the four star is their price. A contact lense fitting exam was $140 and Ive usually paid $60-$80 in the past.
