Ive been putting off getting LASIK for years because I was just scared of what was involved. I have reeeally bad vision and astigmatism, so I wasnt even sure I qualified. After finally being completely over dealing with contacts, Lori from the LASIK Vision Institute talked to me about the procedure and convinced me to do it. It was the BEST thing Ive ever done for myself. After reading the reviews, I was initially a little concerned about the staff because the reviews arent great, but I must say EVERYONE was absolutely amazing! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They were well-informed, very friendly, responded quickly to emails, and my surgery was quick and flawless. Everything went way better than I couldve imagined and they went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable. My appointments were always right on time and my vision is just incredible. Dont pay twice as much for the same LASIK, definitely go to LASIK Vision Institute, theyre incredible and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again to Lori for talking me through the process and answering all my questions pre- and post-op, I dont know how I wouldve gone through this without you.

At the moment, they receive 5 stars. I had Lasik done 8 years ago and it was amazing in the improvement to my eyes. This past year I noticed that the vision in the right eye seemed a little off. I was worried as I had purchased the lifetime plan, but it had been 8 years and I had no idea where the paper work was. No problem. They set me an appointment and in I went. It was explained to me that the second time around it is better to do PRK than Lasik, so that is what I had done. It has been 3 weeks. The eye feels good but the vision is still off. They have been very patient with my phone calls as I am worried. My next appointment is July 21 and they tell me it will be fine by then. fingers crossed. The main reason I decided to write is the improvement in the quality of staff. One thing that struck me years ago when I was there was the absolute arrogance of the attending doctor and how he treated the staff. The young guy is no longer there and the current staff was amazing. I love them and the experience.

Luis C From the moment you walk in you are treated with care. All members of the staff are kind and very helpful. They explained everything I would have been curious about and informed me of anything that I might be worried about and how it really shouldnt be a worry. The surgeon was incredibly fast and accurate. I was in the chain for less than 5 minutes and I could see again. They helped me with all post care and tips before sending me on my way and the next day check up was very quick and helpful. I would recommend their office to anyone who is considering getting Lasik done. Its a very smooth and quick process and you will be happy with the results.

I had a very negative experience with them (esp here in MA). The staff were rude. They had a visiting opthalmogist who did not know what she was doing. It took staff over 2 wks to return my phone call (after I called to inquire). They have no compassion for patients and just care about getting their money. They seriously do not care about the results of your surgery. Although it is very clear that results vary, they do not offer options or ensure your satisfaction. Dont forget that this is a health care provider, so act like it. Very disappointed.

I had my surgery 3 years ago, unfortunately I was not a candidate for lasik so i had to get prk done, the prk surgery is a little longer for healing but i had no issues with wait time, no issues with attitudes, my whole experience with them is great, i still to this day use them for my regular eye exams. The only issue I had was light sensitivity still to this day, but not their fault. Would highly recommend them to everyone, oh i forgot, my vision is 20/15 still 3 years later.

After 2 hours of waiting to be called in, somehow the people arriving after me get called in first. So, I confronted the receptionist to explain how their process works. She admitted and told me that its "first come first served" even if you have scheduled appointment. I felt I was treated unfairly with poor business management on their part. I am very disappointed how they run their business. How can I trust them to operate on my eyes if they cant follow their procedure.

My experience was positive with the Lasik Vision Institute. I went in for a free consultation and found out the same day that I was a candidate for the procedure. They were able to schedule me for the surgery the following week and also helped me with financing options. The surgery itself was less than 2 minutes and was painless. I would recommend them if you are considering the procedure.

Great experience with the surgery,but the waiting its a little bit annoying and the front staff i felt like they were a lil bit annoying,when i went for consult they told me one price for the surgery and the day of the surgery they told me another price so always read what you are signing but other than that my eyes feel great!!

I have only gone in for the pre-op and I can honestly say that their customer service is second to none. Friendly and warm staff and it starts with the management, Lori was wonderful! Will up date after the 19th when I have the surgery!!
