Awful! Everytime I am sick, they can never get me in and always tell me to go to the ER or UrgentCare if I am not satisfied. Ive had my physical rescheduled on me twice now and were unable to get me in sooner so itll be 2 years between my physicals. Everytime I call, I speak with Donna who is one of the rudest, miserable women I have ever spoken to. I have awful service at my house and when a call disconnected she left me a nasty voicemail and when I had enough service to pick up the next call she called me rude. I will never be going back to this facility

Last 3 times I called for an appt was told none available, not what you want to hear when you are sick. I used to like Lahey but now they are awful.
