i wish i had met Dr. Velasco years ago! he is a warm, friendly, thorough doctor. he listens to your questions/concerns and makes you feel that he has all the time in the world to talk to you ~ incredible "bedside manner." He is very compassionate and will do everything he can to help you with whatever problem you have. Not your typical doctor!!

Worst customer service. Can never get ahold of anyone. Keep getting the run around with automated responses. Finally able to speak to a human, and was treated rudely. I recommend a doctors office that actually cares, as these people clearly do not. You will be treated like a number not a person.

Doctor Valasco is the kind of doctor every patient hopes claim as there doctor. He is most competent, caring and he truly listens to what u have to say and that goes a long way in diagnosing and treating his patients. So fortunate to have Dr. Valasco ad my doctor.
