My husband has been a patient of Dr. Levraults for OVER 10 years. He absolutely LOVES this man. Unfortunately, Dr. Levrault has had to leave HIS practice for personal reasons. He kept going to see the Doc even though he had difficulty with the rest of the staff there. Now that the Doc is gone, with early retirement, my husband is searching for a new doctor completely away from FMA. They are a joke. They dont apply co-payments correctly, their customer service is horrible. Personalities are horrible. There is NO follow up, no return phone calls. You leave a message on their answering machine...........NO ONE LISTENS TO THE MESSAGES. Am having problems right now with a script at my mail order. Express scripts has called them twice, they were supposed to send in a new one a month ago...they are still waiting for it. You are the patient..........AND THEY DONT CARE.............DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!

Ive been a patient of this office for a few years and have recently left. The doctors and the NP are great and thorough, love the medical care. My disappointment lies in the staff behind the scenes. There were a number of times that my medication list was mixed up with another patients. If I had a question, I would have to call back a couple of times to get the answer as they never get back to you. Most recently, the pharmacy called me to let me know a medication was submitted for me and I had no idea that it was sent. I had left a message for the NP around what to do, curious to see how if I hear back. Just disappointed in their customer service overall.

Dr. Sean Haley is wonderful. He calls me personally when I am in serious trouble, and has staff call when he needs to see me but lets me know it is not an urgent situation, so that I dont have to be overly concerned. He is highly intelligent, concerned about the well being of his patients; wants the best for them. He never over prescribes meds. He refers me to specialists only after explaining the reasons. I never feel rushed. He is always kind, patient and reasonable. I have lived in four states and seen many doctors and he is top notch in my book. I am sure the other doctors and NPs are just as capable. It is that kind of practice.

I have been a patient here since I was a child and I have always been satisfied with my doctor. Unfortunately their customer service leaves a LOT to be desired. If you have an issue and call the billing department good luck. They never call back and do not fix issues. I have gotten into issue with a collection agency because they billed me without prosessing through my insurance. Im looking for a new doctors office because Im done with the constant issues and lazy mentality of the staff.

As new patients, we are thrilled with the quality of care provided and the friendly, helpful staff. I had needed to see a doctor for an urgent matter. They welcomed me and my ASD teenage daughter to their family. Our new patient physicals were almost immediate and very thorough. Their on-line portal is user-friendly and shows results of all our tests and exams. The follow-up calls are always prompt and curteous.

I have been going to this office for many years now and I find the office staff and the doctors to be quite easy going and professional. They make you feel at ease and youre always given the best care. Outside of a phone system that has been giving them issues, I have no complaints about any visit I have had there.

They require your medical records BEFORE they will even schedule an appointment and they wont even tell you when they are booking into? Are these people serious? That seems a little ridiculous. NEXT!
