The office felt cold, the staff was not friendly and they seems to be not getting along with each other. Dr. Ellis was very detached to my needs, concerns and questions. She just wanted to leave the room as soon as she could. Also, they did not provided a referral that I called asked many times for it. I had to pay the full amount of the specialist and it also ruined my credit. They took not responsibility for it. I changed to a new better quality doctor a few months ago.

Went to her three different times over the course of a year because I was exhausted and gaining weight. She only did basic blood work and said it was just from being a mom. I found out from a different Dr. I was Hypoglycemic and had a thyroid issue. It could have been corrected over a year ago and had a better quality of life.

This office is horrible. They continue to misdiagnose me until I went to specialist myself. They also misdisgnosed my father and gave him the wrong medication which sent him to the hospital. If the doctors didnt rush through the exams everytime I went maybe they would know what is wrong with me.

Dr. Ellis is a wonderful doctor. She listens to what I say and does not spend the whole visit on the computer as so many doctors do. At the time of my husbands illness and death she even called me to see how I was doing. I have no complaints about her at all.
