Unequivocally the WORST doctors office Ive ever been to. Its absolutely full to the brim with complete incompetence. They called us the day of our kids appointments (for which we had to significantly rearrange all of our schedules) to tell us that they didnt have all of the vaccines he needed and asking if we would like to reschedule (um, we pulled both kids out of school for the day AND rearranged work to be able to work from home, so no). No apology, of course, for the screw up or the late notice. Then we had to follow up with them a month later and it took several times of calling the office to finally get an appointment to get the vaccines theyd missed the first time. Now, getting them to give us a print out of his physical is like pulling teeth and at this point were risking not having all of the necessary paperwork in time for our son to start kindergarten. Lets not forget that, despite forwarding the records from our kids previous doctor AND bringing a copy with us to their first appointment, they still didnt have all of the records and made us send them AGAIN. I only wish we had time to switch to a new doctor to get this all taken care of. Stay FAR FAR away from this place.

If you want to wait hours to be seen, deal with staff that changes daily as nobody seems to last here more than a few months or really cares about your well being, then go here and wait ! I have literally asked for call backs from Dr Folch Countless times with over the last 10years have NEVER gotten ONE return phone call. He is NOT a doctor who cares about the well being of his patients. I am extremely disappointed with his thoughtfulness , he could care less about your well being! At least in my situation. GO SOME WHERE ELSE. This my first post EVER on a DR but I am going to on several sites and notify State and Local agency and close contacts I know to look into him. My concerns of his over billing favoring of cheaper rates to Spanish speaking clients, yet I have always paid more even when I had no insurance. I remember leaving his office w a bill for $200/visit and right behind me Dr Folch telling a spanish speaking patient $30 is good if thats all you have???? WELL I was broke at the time!! He gives you hard time if he is in a bad mood! DONE W this GUY !!! I am looking into his past patients w similar concerns!!!

Been a patient of Dr. Folch since 1989. He is professional, very knowledgeable, easy to approach, and makes himself available even with short notice. Office staff is efficient. Overall, definitely 5 stars plus.

Dr. Folch has been my GP for almost 19 years. The best hands down. Ive seen him with other patients referred others to him and not one complaint. He cares.
