Ok, I have contemplated writing this review a bit and feel that people like me would appreciate the honest truth about this facility. Now, I deal with mental health issues that require an anti-depressant and an anxiety med. I have stopped going to this office mainly because of the cleanliness of the place. Berman, herself, isnt too bad but I dont feel she has enough time to accurately diagnose clients due to the over-scheduling, which gives her limited time to sit with you. The waiting room is covered in dust bunnies and whatever dirt that gets dragged in. Everything has dirt and prints all over it. This place makes you take a drug test (I have never had to do this, EVER) and their bathroom is covered in feces, urine, and water leaks. Not too mention they never have any soap and every surface you touch is covered in filth. Normally, a visit can take about an hour or so but a basic med appointment can take, at a minimum of two hours. I have had appointments for 12pm and havent left the office until 2pm, every time! To sum this up, immediately as I walk in I get anxiety and then between waiting time and the filth of this place, I start to have panic attacks. Not to be rude but the clients there are pretty gross too and appear to not have showered in quite some time, not everyone but a good percent. So, if you can handle filth and have nothing better to do with yourself than this is place for you.

Wait times are enough to induce a panic attack. Dr. Berman is worth it though. She had a better idea of what was going on in 1 visit than previous doctor did in 5 years.

Ive gone to Dr. Berman a few years now office staff alittle slow but Dr. Berman is the best with all she has to handle it could be worse
