I have been going to eye Drs since a very young age and I have to say that this is THE BEST that i have ever been to. My very first appointment was super smooth and FAST! I got right in to see the Dr for my eye exam.. no waiting in the lobby or the room that the tests are done in. "Hurry up and wait" is NOT the theme of this store! The exam itself went by fast and the Dr was VERY nice. Next up was picking out my new glasses, I probably selected 5 or 6 pairs that I had liked best and took them over to the associate at the little eye glass desk and told her that I didnt know which looked best. She promptly called over 3 different associates and they all let me know their options which I thought was AMAZING and super HELPFUL! I got a totally new style for me AND my favorite brand COACH!!! The manager, Ken, even came over and let me know a mans option on my glasses selection and asked how my service was and if he could be any help... I must say that my experience was AMAZING! So glad that I went to this ABBA, I am now a lifer!!! Everyone was really nice and helpful! If I could rate this more than 5 stars I would!!!! Thank you Hwy. 50 ABBA!!!

The customer service is amazing here. Tammy is one of the best salespeople I have ever encountered, and I have trained salespeople for 5 years. Kenny the managers is a winner. I had a problem with the lenses on a new pair of ray bans that I had to special order. He went above and beyond as a manager, and did so with a smile on his face. Glad I went to ABBA, and they have earned a life long customer. Dont waste your time anywhere else, go to ABBA eye-care for an incredible experience and the best frames! Thanks for treating me like a human being, and making it right guys.

These people are great. I had a set of eye glasses break after wearing them for almost a year. They had some trouble with ordering an exact replacement because of some logistic issues with their corporate HQ, so they offered to let me pick completely new frames and order new lenses (all under warranty). They really went above what I expected. The manager of this location, Tammy, and her staff, all take very good care of their customers. The process did take a little while, but it was not the fault of the staff at this location. I highly recommend these folks.

I have been going to Abba Eye Care for over a year since I have moved here. They have made me feel so welcomed every time I walk in the door. I will always do business for my eye care needs here. The manager Kenny is so accommodating to my needs. I always get treated as a priority by him and his staff. This is a great business and I will never go anywhere else as long as I live in Pueblo! Wow! Thank you to Dr. Ofchinick! He went above and beyond to make sure my glasses would serve my needs. He asked lots of questions about my activities and seemed genuinely concerned that my glasses would work properly for my needs. Also, Heidi was great and made me very comfortable. And then, Tammy helped me choose the right glasses and took all the proper measurements. She was wonderful-again going above and beyond. I am beyond pleased!!!

As soon as I walked in I was greeting and waited on. The customer service is impressive. Angela went above and beyond to help my son find new frames. She found them online followed up with phone calls and handled the insurance provider like a champ, she is friendly and one of the best salespeople I have dealt with. The staff were great but Angela the one who helped me pick out my glasses is amazing, took her time helping me chosen the right glasses id love, i will be recommending everyone here not just for the amazing glasses and coating on the glasses but for the amazing customer service!

I stopped in asking for just a tint one day - the staff was THE MOST courteous I have encountered in 40 yrs of buying glasses and contacts. The exam I just had was very comprehensive and once again, the professionalism mixed with pleasant personalities impressed. "Ill be Back!"

Zero stars. This place is not legitimate. paid ~200 up front for exam and glasses. still no glasses after 5 weeks and now received a bill for another ~$240. Do NOT do business with this place.
