Highly competent medical staff. I was very pleased with the level of care and knowledge presented by the doctor and aides here. However, their billing department is not up to the level of their competitor that I use. I have keratoconus, and was diagnosed by a different eye doctor in the Springs. According to the other doctor, my insurance pays 100% of my contacts, and they have been billing my insurance that way for a number of years. Chapel Hills Vision Clinic told me that the other office has been filing incorrectly and that they would not bill my vision insurance for the full amount of my contacts for fear of an audit, but they were only able to tell me this after my contacts arrived in the mail. After repeated attempts by myself to straighten out the mess and verify coverage, I could not get a straight answer out of my health insurance and Chapel Hills Vision Clinic would not bill them, I arranged to return the years supply of contacts to Chapel Hills Vision Clinic and went back to my previous provider. They were able to get me my contacts and fully bill me insurance.

My children and I have been going to Chapel Hills Clinic for our eye care for many many years. The personal service we receive every time we are there keeps us coming back. I have had a re-occuring eye problem and Dr Guhl has been amazing at helping me and trying to figure out how to handle it. The staff is wonderful.There were times when my eye was so bad and painful ( usually on Friday morning) when I called at the last minute for an appointment. They found a way to have me seen so I would not have to suffer over the weekend. I never feel like a client. I feel as though they are happy to see me and help me.They go out of their way to make sure I get what I need. I can not say enough good things about this clinic.

I recently received a pair of glasses from Chapel Hills Vision clinic. Replaced lenses into existing frames. My wife picked them up for me. Began using my new glasses and found that I couldnt see up close, especially when looking at a computer screen. I would put the glasses on my forehead . I leaned over one day-and the glasses fell from my forehead and hit a gravel parking lot chipping the lens. I went back-to the eye clinic and they replaced the lens. In the process they adjusted the bifocal portion so that I could actually use them for computer work. Very professional service when I brought them back-to have this done. Olivia was the person that I dealt with and I have her to thank for this.

Ive been seeing Dr. David Guhl for about 6 years now. He has been a great doctor to work with! He diagnosed my cataract during my first visit. Now hes monitoring it until it needs to be removed. I love that they have a scanner of some sort that allows him to see the retina without dilating the pupils. Its also a great tool as the scans are retained in my file. Dr. Guhl can compare the current scan to those on file. I took my mom to an optometrist in Greeley and asked for such a scan as dilation really bothers her. They didnt have one! I love the new location! And Dr. Guhl is supported by an outstanding, caring staff. Ill be going to Chapel Hills Vision as long as Im in shape to do so!

These are the BEST glasses I have had in years! For ten years I have traditionally been fitted with an additional pair of "computer glasses" to make up for lose of focus at screen distance. The "computer glasses" I ordered from Chapel Hills Vision are sitting in the car as I write this. My "regular" glasses are working great and doing it all! I truly believe it was the skill of the optometrist, patiently working with some issues I have with my corneas and doing his best to make sure I was fitted properly. These glasses were not inexpensive "two for ones" but they are proving to be worth every penny. I will be returning!

I have been a patient of Dr. Guhls since September 2001. I have no reason to go elsewhere. The staff here is friendly and professional. Dr. Guhl is relaxed and happy and takes his time. He asks questions, he is truly vested in keeping my eyes healthy! The entire visit is punctuated with laughs and stories. I always leave this office with a smile on my face. The clean, spacious, modern facility is just an added bonus. Its the people that keep me coming back year after year.

WOW - I cant say enough good about this place. I have been wearing glasses for 30 years and have never had such a great experience. Denise was outstanding, patient, pleasant and knowledgeable. It was also great to meet the professional and warm, Dr. Lisa. And my glasses we done a week early to boot! Ive been to a number of places in the Springs for glasses - please dont sell yourself short - shop here!!

Ive been coming here for a couple years and never had any problems at all and was always well taken care of. The part I appreciate the most is how kind and friendly the staff is to my kids. They always give them juice and a toy and it makes for a much better experience. Im sure all the moms out there can appreciate a little distraction for the kids during a doctor appointment. :)

The people here are genuinely concerned for your well-being and will educate you about your options. I also love how competent they are when it comes to insurance -- there are no surprise bills! When you call to schedule your appointment they check and make sure your insurance will cover it. Huge selection of frames, too! Very nice place. So glad my friend recommended it.

Dr. Guhl is awesome and his staff is fantastic. I had my first appointment with them this week and understand why my in-laws have gone here for 20+ years. Brenda was awesome - she made me feel so comfortable. The new glaucoma testing machine was awesome too. It was so painless! I highly recommend this practice.
