Worst experience here during three separate visits. Just moved to the state and found via insurance website. Will NEVER return. Receptionist kept my insurance card on first visit (luckily it was a paper copy, but why she kept it- I dont know). I went in because I though a tooth had broken and was in pain, but it was actually part of my filling that had cracked. Long story short, they told me I had to try and get the filling out myself at home. Then the hygienist took a good 30 minutes to try and find time to bring me back in to have the filling repaired. The second visit I requested tooth colored filling and was told flat out NO. "It doesnt last as long." Fine. I dealt with getting the silver but the dentist did not do the filling, just the drilling. The hygienist did the filling and took forever. I was choking on little pieces of silver as they kept falling off and going to the back of my throat. I did not want to swallow them but it got to the point where there were so many pieces I had to wave my hands and make her clean it out. AWFUL experience. I was so glad when she finished I pretty much ran out. When I looked in the mirror, I found she had let the silver cover almost the whole outside of my tooth, so it was very visible and looked horrible. The worst part is that it is not even attached to the tooth, so I can put floss behind the filling! Horrible, just horrible work. So I called to complain and said "I want this filling redone. Preferably with tooth colored filling." They booked me for a 4pm appt the next week. At the appointment the dentist immediately gave me an attitude: "you have 4 silver fillings. So which one is it you are complaining about?" Seriously?!? He has my chart in front of him so should know what tooth. Then he said, "I dont know if we will have time to fix this. You may have to come back." WHAT!? He then asked a hygienist at the next cubicle if she could do it and she told him she had to leave at 4:30, so there wasnt time and that I would have to be rescheduled. (So be warned, they always do a "consultation" before they do the work. They do not schedule time to make a repair, even if you are in pain or had requested it specifically for that appointment.) I gave them one last chance and all I received was attitude from the minute I walked in the door until the minute I stormed out. There is no communication at this office. None of the staff are properly trained; I feel like they all are students still learning basic skills. Do not waste your time. Its not even worth mentioning as I will NEVER go back, but the dentist did call me that night and apologized, blamed the staff and asked if I would reschedule. Ha. Go here if you want poor quality dental work. This is my opinion and my experience, and it was horrible so I hope if you do decide to try this place, they treat you better.

I work night shift and was 15 mins late for my sons 9am appt. Receptionist told me that I have to rescheduale.....for 3 months away. He has to deal with a cavity thats been bothering him for awhile now as it is. One of the hygentist tells me "are time is more important than your time" what about my gas money to make it there. The time it takes to wait in traffic and my sleep time I sacrifice to try and make early appts. Nothings ever open in the afternoons when I try to schedule it that way. Just got me on a bad day is all. I am looking for another dentist office.

I called at 1:58 on a Friday with a bad toothache that prevented me from sleeping and eating. The lady told me they stopped taking urgent patients at 2:00. I mentioned that it just turned 2:00. She said they wouldnt see me. All the other Dental offices I called close early on fridays. Now I have to suffer until Monday...

I broke a molar went in to get it fixed, was called right back. The hygienists and dentist were super nice. I couldnt get numb, it mustve been frustrating but they never showed it. I want thank them for fixing my tooth, and being so patient. Absolutely would recommend!

Dr. Love rocks I have same color tooth filling so I dunno why they r complaining hes the nicest caring dentist he took his time pulling two teeth I had zero pain next day with no use of pain relievers or nitro he called next day to c how I was doing like most do any

I have a hard time flossing my teeth and this place doesnt seem to understand that and are extremely rude to me when i explain it to them so news flash GET RID OF THE ATTITUDE AND TRY TO WORK WITH ME
