After asking for recommendations for a dental office on my Facebook page I decided to give Denzinger Family Dentistry a try. I had a horrific experience at another local dentist which did nothing to alleviate the continued fear and anxiety I have towards dental care. I hadnt had a cleaning in almost 20 years...yup...20. I had only visited a dentist on emergency basis. Yes....it was time. I made an appointment and was able to get in quickly which was great because it didnt give me time to talk myself out of it. I was impressed upon walking through the doors. The office looked more like a comfortable living room and nothing like a stuffy, sterile, boring office. It didnt scream DENTIST! RUNAWAY! The receptionist who greeted me was very pleasant and helpful. Shortly I was greeted by a hygienist who was AWESOME! Multiple X-rays were taken and I never felt rushed when relating my fears, nor was I made to feel silly. After a visit with the dentist it was determined that I needed a more extensive cleaning which was going to take place over 2 days. My heart was beating a mile a minute but they were very thorough in explaining what was to take place. During this visit I explained that I had a crown that had given me pain for 3 years. She took a peek and determined the bite was off and asked permission to buff it a bit. I could tell a difference immediately. Wonderful! I returned for my cleaning and the doc had prescribed something to help with the anxiety during the procedure. Aubrey was my hygienist at this time and she was extremely kind and very patient with me. I couldnt have been in better hands. I can honestly say that my fear of dental work has been alleviated and I feel more than comfortable with the great people at Denzinger. My son, daughter in law and grandaughter all go to Denzinger and we can proudly say they are our Family Dentists!

When we think of going to the dentist we usually conjure up the image when we were kids, "I DONT WANT TO GO TO THE DENTIST!". As adults, when choosing a dentist, we want a place where we know we will receive the highest quality care with ME as the most important person. I trust Dr. Sara, Dr. Tracy, and Dr. Courtney with my long term oral health care. Dr. Sara has been my primary dentist and I trust her recommendations she has given me. The staff employed here is first rate! The majority of the dental techs have 10+ years experience. Besides the personal interaction I have with the staff, the other reasons I would choose Denzinger Dentistry would be their quick scheduling. Every time I have had a tooth ache I was able to see a Doctor the same day. Dr. Sara has even given me her personal cell phone number and told me to call her if I had any pain during non-working hours or on the weekends. Second, Denzinger Dentistry is in my insurance network. The staff takes care of all my paperwork so Im not stuck with filling out forms. Third, they have all the latest technology in use. Lastly, if youre thinking about finding a new dentist or just want a different experience then I think you would owe it to yourself to try Denzinger Family Dentistry because they will make you forget about the image you had as a kid and you will look forward to going to the dentist.

Absolutely do not use this place! They told me that they excepted my insurance and then the next thing I know I received a bill worth hundreds of dollars! Along with unnecessary things that they did during my simple six month check up. Instead of asking me if I wanted it, they just did it. I assumed what they were doing to me was covered by my insurance! Unnecessary things and charging me out the wazoo while Unbeknownst to me, they werent even excepting my insurance! Then when I call about the ridiculous bill the lady was rude and had absolutely nothing to say basically shoving it down my throat. I let them know that my husband and I are military and new to the area and that we were not told that they did not except our insurance. As a matter of fact the lady at the front desk repeated my insurance and told me that it was fine. I would not use this place. I would absolutely not use this place!!! If they can treat soldiers that defend this country like this, I cant imagine how they treat other people !

After years of going to another dentist, my wife finally convinced me to go to Denzinger Family Dentistry. I cant say enough good things about the experiences. The office is cutting edge with the latest technology. All the staff are personable, caring and very professional. And the best part? Pain free! The staff goes to great lengths to ensure a pain free, comfortable, pleasant experience. Ive had several routine cleanings but have also had some more serious work. They are very upfront about costs and procedures so there are no surprises. They also advised me on how to best utilize my insurance benefits! I would recommend Denzinger Family Dentistry to even the biggest of wimps.... Which I admit that I am!

Dr Sarah Denzinger and her associates honestly represent the best of this community. Not only has her family served the community, whether its her brothers work withe the Police, or her work with the poor, or serving on the board for Choices for Women. She genuinely cares for her staff and the people she serves. The new building is absolutely gorgeous, very spacious. The parking is conveniently right off of Charlestown Road. All of the associates are friendly and they remember your name. The service itself is quick, efficient, and I did not think they charged any more than a fair price for their service.

Denzinger Family Dentistry performs as a well oiled cog in a wheel. There is no wait time upon arrival before you are seen by your dental hygienist. She knows if you need xrays, cleans off any tarter buildup, cleans and polishes the teeth and prepares for your review by your attending dentist. She also makes recommendations if any other treatments need to be made and gives her information to the dentist. I have been a patient for a number of years and gladly recommend Denzinger to my friends.

My insurance and I paid her approximately $5000. I went to her with dentures that were to big. She assured me she could reline them so I could wear then. She said she had been doing it along time and could fix them. She didnt after several appointments. Id even ask her about specifics such as the teeth clicking together. She said she couldnt hear it, although everyone else around ne could. Extremely disappointed in her and her services.

From my very first visit, I was made to be at home with the staff of Denzinger Family Dentistry. Having worked in Dental Continuing Education, I am somewhat particular about who works on my teeth. :-) I have been pleasantly surprised with the level of service and professionalism consistently demonstrated at each one of my encounters. If you are looking for a dentist that operates in excellence, look no further!
