Everyone there exception of the nurses dont listen when you have a problem or you see the same Dr for a few months and they still ask you what is going on with a pre-existing condition like mine. They act like it is your first time in their office and they never seen you before.

My husband made an appointment and was told they accepted his insurance. Then they asked what medications he was on and when he told them, suddenly they no longer took his insurance and the office visit would cost $275 each month. Sounds fishy to me.
