I am in town for a work trip and my sinuses flared up, evidently I had a sinus infection - double ear infection and compacted ears as well! I got here a few minutes after 5 and I waited about an hour and half, not bad for no appointment! They do accept appointments so you can schedule ahead and online! The staff is incredibly friendly, from the front desk, to the MA and to the PA! Once I was in, they examined me, explained everything they were going to do after my diagnoses and were extremely professional and polite! They sent over my prescription to CVS and literally by the time I got there, going straight from the clinic to CVS it was already ready! Although I wish I wasnt out of town and Im sick, Im thankful for the caring staff on site here! Dont be deferred due to other ratings, this place is worth it and trustworthy!

I was on vacation at a family reunion, which I happened to be hosting. I wrenched my shoulder and looked for the closest available walk in clinic. This was the place. When I got inside, there prices were posted on the wall. This is the law in Florida now, but it was great to see anyway. I was checked in within a few minutes, and saw Anne the Nurse Practitioner within 20 minutes. She assessed my situation quickly and efficiently, and gave me a course of treatment (shots, immobilization, and follow up medicine) that would get me on my way. With x-rays, shots, and visit, the whole thing was $251...what a deal! To make it even better, when I checked out they provided me with a detailed description of what had been diagnosed as well as a CD of the x-rays for my regular doctor. If only there were more places like this!

Wait time was horrible, been sitting here over 30 minutes.......... no other patients are here......... yet they call themselves "Urgent Care", pretty quick to take your $$$$. So then your kinda trapped. Very surprised since this is related to Bayfront Hospital. ...

I went there last year and I was so happy to get some relief from a bad cough and cold. I agree, there was a long wait, but in the end they helped me. I was thankful!

Nurse practictioner was very condescending and rude. I was lectured about my need to get healthcare and a regular doctor. Seriously a horrible experience.

No idea if they are capable or not. Called 3 times, during business hours and no one ever picked up the phone.
