Aside from the high costs of tests, teeth cleanings, etc etc. They act like when they are there that they care about the pet and you as the owner. But when you ask questions about terms you dont understand they give you a face like your supposed to know these vet terms. Like this is our career that we practiced if that was the case I would not take my dog there. They are not the type of vets where they will answer each question you have because they give you the drift that they are being annoyed. When I call for information about a procedure or just want a call back from the vet they take the note down but the vet NEVER calls back the person leaving the message. I have left over 4 messages for the vet to call me back considering my family has spent over $5000 in procedures, teeth cleaning, medications, food, etc. that they would be kind and understand we help them make a living but NO its not like that here. I would recommend this place to people who dont care about the interaction or there pet. Because a caring owner would want a facility where they would feel comfortable with their pets life in the vets hand. && honestly I dont feel that comfortable here. As we will be searching for another vet around who is more understanding and caring towards there pets and pet owners.

I do not recommend this place. The reason I came here was because my dog lost weight quickly and I had to take her to a Veterinarian ASAP. Emilio was the Vet that attended my dog. He found that her heart was enlarged and recommended to get an EKG done. I asked if she was going to be okay and if she was stable, he told me yes. I went ahead and made the appointment for an EKG but my dog was still feeling bad and she didnt want to eat anything. I called the hospital and I told them I wanted to make an appointment later that day to take my dog because she wasnt doing well. When I got home, I noticed my dog wasnt at the door as usual. I was calling her and calling her and I couldnt find her anywhere. My cat was the one who found her and led me to where she was at. Dead in my closet. Thats not how she should have gone. Im sure this vet with 26 years of experience knew exactly what was going to happen but all he cared about was how he could get more money before she died ($450 for an EKG). I wish he was honest and wouldve told me straight up that my dog was dying. I would have preferred to have put her to sleep right there than let her suffer and die alone. I regret taking my dog to him.

I have been taking my dogs here for over a decade, the same doctors working here and almost the same technicians and front desk as well.. Yes they can be a little bit pricey but they are the real deal.. I would pay these prices any day knowing that my dogs are in good hands like at Mueller Hospital.. I had my 13 year old mix breed who passed away from cancer and now left with my 11 year old black lab they know my dog and myself and family members well there is no other place I would take them to..

Dr. Adriana Martinez the very best Dr. you can take the most special member of your family to. Dr. Martinez is an amazing human being. She is kind and loving and makes you feel that your special situation is the most important one to her. I just wish that as a physician she could also treat me. In a blink of an eye I would completely trust her as I trust her to take care of my beautiful Pee-Wee a female cat. The office staff as well as all the technicians are just as wonderful!!

Mueller has always been there for all my pets, cats and dogs, they are wonderful. I feed stray cats and almost all of them had mange, I called them and I explained the situation and the doctor agreed to just take a look at one and she prescribed the same medicine for 6 more cats! How many vets do that? I dont know any! Usually, they ask you to bring all the cats, they only charged me for one cats visit and of course for the medicine for all 7 cats!

I love Muellers. They have taken care of all my pets for over 15 years. I still remember when they had a separate entrance for cats and dogs, which I still try to use! I have seen both vets and appreciate their honesty and kindness. Dr. Emilio J. Zouain, has a special part in my heart. He was there every step of the way from when my Nino was a kitten to when he took his last breath. Just a bunch of special people, you will not be disappointed.

I can tell Dr. Martinez-Lopez have been doing this for a long time. She is a charm. My puppy Asa loved her. Hes usually really scared and nervous at the vet and wants to do nothing more than to run back to me. But Dr. Martinez was gentle and he even tried playing with her during his exam versus running back to me. Even the vet techs were nice. This is Asas new doctors office!

I take my Golden Retriever to Muellers and they provide the best service that I see! The Doctor is a specialist is orthopedics and all the technicians are very well prepared to really take care for my Golden Great service and super friendly attention! I love this place it has two vets, emilio is the best he saved my yorkie she almost died and with out him she would have. I only take my dogs here. I took my medium size dog here once and the other vet was going to muzzle my dog but once I said he wont bite he didnt. Very friendly and professional
