In 2005 I went there for a broken little toe on a weekend when my Doctors office was closed. The Doctor there prescribed 800mg of Ibuprofen 3 times a day. No one told me that high doses of Ibuprofen can cause tinnitus (ringing). In fact, he said that he had done the same thing to his toe. It made me feel euphoric. There was definitely a neurological effect. Soon after completing the regimen the sound started. Now I have to live with a whistling sound the rest of my life. It has affected my memory and the worst part is that I can never have a quiet moment. I retired early because I could no longer function in my profession. When I tell my story to other health care workers (nurses), they tell me that they were aware that Ibuprofen can cause tennitis.

Waited more than two hours then another hour in the examining room. No doctor there. Saw nurse practitioner who used tiny bit of soap and washed hands less carefully than I would if making sandwich. Both nurse and assistant put on rubber gloves then touched door handle or face before trying to clean my wound. I commented on this twice and was twice told that gloves were not surgical with implication that they were not sterile. Gloves were certainly cleaner than the surfaces they touched. Had home health nurse come to change bandage and she commented that wound not properly cleaned. Bandage she applied was far superior to the original bulky gauze wrap.

Ive been here twice. Both time because it was urgent and my primary care physician was booked. The first time I was seen and the customer service was awful. The receptionist acted like I had to have an appt and sent me away. I went outside looked them up online because I knew Id read differently, and went in explained this and then they were finally willing to see me. Again today I went and they decided to close over an hour and a half early. Id rather stay sick an extra day to wait for a REAL office to open than to go here again. This is where doctors whove lost their passion go to retire. Its awful!!!!

They have no idea what "convenient" means. I brought a friend who was visiting from out of town to this clinic for an acute illness and were here for over TWO hours. There were only 2 other patients that needed seen before her. Its bad enough my friend needed to he seen on her vacation, and there we were wasting way more of her time than necessary. Will never come back, I miss the quick, organized, clean service of the Minute Clinics and MedExpress clinics from up north.

Was on vacation and was feeling under the weather I located this clinic as the nearest one to me so I went. The staff was awesome all very nice and patient. The doctor took the time to explain everything to me so I understood why I wasnt feeling any better even though I had been to my Doctor in my hometown last week. I am happy I chose to come here it was a great experience

They have the most inexperienced crappy doctors. Have been here twice now and both times the experience was absolutely horrible. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY. My favorite is how their secretary asks you out loud in front of entire waiting room "Whats the reason for your visit today"?!?! This place is a graveyard for crappy doctors.

Terrible experience. Lady at the front desk was on her phone and not even checking people in. I had to get her attention and she made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. Everything else was good aside from this lady at the front. Nice doctor.
