Called multiple times and even have a voicemail saying that they take my insurance so I schedule and appointment and wait the three months for their fist opening. I arrive to check in with my appointment and after the front desk lady is done chatting to other employees I show her my ID and insurance card. The reply I get is "Oh, we dont take this." I tell her I specifically came to see this doctor because of the insurance. She walks away to speak with someone, comes back and tells me theres nothing they can do. I understand that not everyone is going to take every insurance but I just wasted three months because whoever I spoke with did not have their information correct. After speaking with the check in receptionist I was so confused I even replayed the voicemail from the lady at THEIR office telling me yes they take my insurance and to call back to schedule an appointment. And even when I called the schedule the appointment the woman on the phone took my insurance info!!?

Let me preface this review with, "I usually hate doctors offices". But this one is so much better than every typical doctors office Ive been to. Its not all the stark whites and blues of your typical office. Its also a family health center, so the do things to help keep children entertained. The staff are also pretty much all just nice people and care. Even the front desk staff have been nice and caring. You dont get that very often from a doctors office. Ive been there twice now, and its been the easiest experience Ive ever had in a doctors office. Tons of parking in their own private lot. The building is very big and very well maintained. It looks more like a fairly nice nursing home rather than a medical establishment.

I have been trying to get an electronic referral to see a chiropractor for a week now. It takes 48 hrs for the doctor to respond to a message. The first response I received from my primary care physician was that I dont need a referral. I guess they assumed I dont understand my own insurance policy or had not talked to my insurance company. I tried to contact them and they said it would take another 48 hrs for response. That was Thursday April 9th so I would have to wait the weekend. Its now Monday April 13th, no referral, no response, they havent even picked up a phone call from me today. I am having trouble understanding why an electronic referral is so difficult to come by.

I have been going to turley health center Clearwater for 7 months, always a different student. So they always dont have any idea who i am and what my diagnosis are. I am post cancer plus 3rd stage kidney disease. I usually go to er because my needs are seldom met.I am totally done with them. I called one day 4 times for a rx not a narcotic just steroids. A person actually called me back to tell me that i should stop calling another time i called got an appointment for 830am I rushed to get there to only be tolf the individual made a mistake that the appointment was for next day.I worked in healthcare for 30 plus years, and my complaints are legitimate.

They are attentive to my needs and my granddaughters needs. I only wish I could only see my doctor. Every time I get sick that I need to walk in I get a different doctor all the time. I also miss my previous doctor, Dr.Slelinsky. I wish he was back at Turley. The staff in the lab is great and the nurses but the receptionist can have attitude and thats not good they need a refreshing course of hospitality and costumer service.

Been coming here for years and called to get my inhaler refilled. Tina finally called me back and said I would need an appointment for a condition (asthma) that they know I have had for a long time. Then she decided to make a smart-ass comment saying in order to get refills I need to have maintenance appointments (I go once a year for an annual unless Im sick). I will be finding a new PCP.

I always have to call 2-4 times to get refills. I have to send husband in to ask for the refills. Tina which answered the phone for refills states medication not on list been on it for years. Lost EKG need for surgery. Always have to ask for what ever you need multiple times. Supervisor Not any better. We will be looking for new pcp.

We see a "care provider" each visit. Not real sure they read the past history of the medical charts... and considering we have been waiting six weeks for a follow up call regarding a back issue.. not so sure they are good with follow up or follow through either... I would suggest finding a facility that is not a teaching facility .

I took my daughter there and was thoroughly impressed with the facility, the staff and Dr. Lozano. The facility was very- very clean, appointments were within the scheduled time. Dr. Lozano explained everything in detail to my daughter, who has disabilities and also to me.

Staff is nice, Dr DeCuba was very neglectful in my opinion, also condescending, as well as Elizabeth Lawrence. Health care was neglected, scripts, referrals denied. Do not recommend this place at all, it was a nightmare!!

I actually dont have to wait long ever, unlike most doctors - they respect my time. They answer calls, and have been easy to work with. The residents do 3 years there, so you have to change about that often.

You only see physician assistants who dont know what theyre doing. Ive seen a MD maybe 5 times in 6 years. Not ever going back. They dont return your calls even if you feel your dying.

Impossible to talk to anyone. No one wants to help. They are overbooked, overworked and it shows. Dont bother trying to call. Better off going in and that may still not help.
