It was very fast when I was there and the workers were all polite, until I seen the nutritionist. She didnt seem to know what she was talking about. When she was telling me iron rich foods, she had to refer to the info sheets she gave out. Sad to say, I knew more than she did. She also insisted on calling me "overweight" 3-4 times because Im 5 pounds more than what I should be during this pregnancy. She also kept making a big deal about why I have an issue with drinking milk (it upsets my stomach and Ive tried lactose free, its the same thing for me) and so she told me its because Im drinking too much fat. Playing the "fat" card again. I understand their jobs are to make sure they help us have healthy babies, but insulting a pregnant woman over 5 pounds is a bit ridiculous. I dont even know they name of this woman because she didnt even tell me her name when she was talking to me. And not to be mean, but she wasnt exactly in fit shape either for her to be fat shaming me.
