My husband has been here four times. Twice we had to come in for a same-day appointment. They had no problem getting him in. They were very informative and leaned more toward the side of caution in his care. His primary is Dr. Fate. We especially love that not only is he knowledgeable but he takes the time to explain what is going on and talks to you like a human and not an idiot or like he is more intelligent than you because he has a medical degree. He listens to his patients. We both walked out the appointment thinking that we really like him. He explained a condition my husband has been dealing with for over 20 years and gave him a good diagnoses and treatment that should correct it.

Doctor are ok the listen to you and give you feedback but very short time,the customer service is worst so sad,also the billing department however is running this department they dont know what the doing I dont know how the get this job so unprofessional service this place is good location but service is worst,I wish I could give them Zero rating dont waste your time there are better offices than this with better service than this after all we paying for service

The front office staff Have no idea what customer service is, they are rude (Sally especially) everytime I either call or visit. The doctor has to straighten out situations that the front staff falter on, like keeping records and appointments straight. You hold on the phone for 30-60 min trying to get test information before they hang up on you.

Terrible. I waited over 45 minutes for an appointment and was never seen so i walked out. Called me after I left to see if I wanted to be seen. I said, "Ya, at my appointment time that we scheduled." If you make an appointment time keep it. People have responsibilities and things to do.
