Horrible horrible horrible rude, demeaning, NON professional staff. Every time I call, Im on hold for 15 minutes, then, Im barked at like Im a problem. Im told patients come first but when I go in Im waiting for 30 minutes!!!! The Docters are a joke and have failed to actually help me numerous times over the course of a year. Im done with this place. Incompetent and out of touch!

I think the doctors are great but the office staff leaves a little to be desired when they blatantly let your call repeatedly go to the recording that says the office is closed but then states they are supposed to be open until 5. Granted I didnt try calling until 4:53 but it would have been professional and courteous to at least answer the phone until 5.

The doctors are great!! Have to say curtain someone on the office staff is horrible. Im coming in or calling cause Im sick, I dont need to be treated like Im garbage. My husband wont even call the office cause he will not deal with her. Which is sad.. Hopefully they fix it or we will have find a new office.

I have been a patient since the establishment of NMMA. Maybe a small problem now and then, but overall I have been extremely satisfied with their professionalism, courtesy and friendliness!

My doctor has always been there for me and sure this office isnt anything over the top but the staff is friendly the wait isnt terrible they always have magazines and HGTV to watch.

Urgent care is only for certain things and at certain times. Shouldnt be advertised as such. Otherwise I do like the practice.
