Ive seen Dr. Bright 4 or 5 times now. It usually takes about 5-10 minutes to get from the waiting room into an observation room. After that though, it usually takes between 40 minutes and an hour for Dr. Bright to come in. And that is at 8:30 in the morning! Once he does come in, he usually talks about something completely irrelevant to my visit (like his kid, or the really spicy nacho dip his wife makes). He has only checked my health himself the first time I visited, and even then it was a quick check. He has never been in the room for more than 10 minutes per visit. On top of all this, he expects to see you every 6 months. He only fills prescriptions for 6 months, and he will not take over-the-phone refills.Their automated phone systems says there is a $10 fee for over-the-phone prescription refills, but if you have not seen him in 6 months, they refuse to give it to you (even prescriptions you are on long-term). Dr. Bright is a nice enough guy, but as a physician, I do not think much of his practice. He moves at his own pace, and does not ask about my health during a visit. He has been good enough for getting the prescriptions I needed, but office visits take way too long. I will be finding a new family doctor.

I have been searching for a Dr. for a very long time. I finally got in to see Dr. Bright and am so relieved. He is kind , compassionate and very thorough! I suffer from a chronic illness that is often dismissed. Dr. Bright didnt dismiss my concerns and made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Dr. who cares and will perform the necessary tests and give referrals when needed. Excellent Dr.!
