Dr. Lara is wonderful. He is someone you dont always come across in Medicine. He spends time with his patients and gets to know more than just their blood test results. I have already lost over 20 lbs and while, yes it has taken had work and dedication on my part I know that I owe a lot of this success to the support of Dr. Lara and his amazing team. In the past 3 months I have changed dramatically, not just in my physical appearance. I could not have done it with out Dr Lara and his staff. I feel great and its an easy plan to follow. When I started the program I had a hard time breathing just at rest and was border line hypertension. Breathing gets easier and easier each pound I lose. They check my blood pressure weekly and its always in normal range now. I highly recommend Dr Lara Programs for your weight loss needs.

Went on the HCG diet spent $661 I did alot of reach on this but after being on the diet for 1 month I can honestly say it was a big waste of my.money. They say I lost 10 lbs however I dont think that is accurate because my clothes still fit the same. I think they rig their scales. I followed the diet to a T. Not happy need a full refund or even a partial refund.
