Very condensending office manager. I was to fax some paperwork into the Doctors office so that I could find out if my daughter was ok. She stated the fax comes on a server and it could take all day. I explained that I knew she was busy, however, she did not let me speak. Then she said her fax server could take all day. Very unprofessional and there was absolutely no empathy. We are going through a custody battle and my ex husband has majority custody. He is also an abuser. He has a third party caring for my daughter while he is on the road and it is apparent they got to this office manager before I could.

They dropped me because I could not make my appointment that day I have no transportation I have to ride a bike almost 2 miles to the bus and there was a bad thunderstorm going on now I need to get another doctor and it takes 2 weeks to get in i am out of my medication that I need and will take weeks to get if I end up in the hospital because of this i will have to sue I have no bloodthiners which they didnt give me last month I should rate them a negative rating you are suppose to care for your patience no matter what the problem they may have
