Lisa is amazing, and a pleasure to deal with, cant say the same about the rest of the office staff. I believe the lady is named Tina she is a rude individual who apparently hates her job, she has the customer service skills of a wet sponge.. Their wait times are ridiculous, very unorganized. Unfortunately they messed my husbands glasses up! He brought in his own ray ban frame (which they broke the lenses on those as well) then the lenses we paid 180 dollars for were not what was ordered. Basically my husband paid 180 bucks for nothing, then they refuse to refund our cash payment saying had we used a card they could put it back on the card. And refuse to fix his glasses they messed up, we reported it to Insurance. And now have to wait 2 weeks for a check, and my husband still doesnt have glasses. In the 3 years we have been doing business we have never had a problem, but this situation will prevent us from returning! Really a shame!

I was a customer 2 years ago. Had the BEST eye exam EVER by Julie Tran-Lockwood. Have not been able to get an appointment with her SINCE Called today and she wont be in until sometime in November. Called back to try to get an appointment with another Dr. CANNOT get through. Get constant hang ups and busy signals. Get a hello and then BEEP BEEP BEEP. If you need real attention, this obviously NOT the office to go to. Not to mention that the $300 frames I bought from them fell apart within three months time and they will do NOTHING to repair them. Have heard employees arguing with customers at the "service desk"... AVOID this irresponsible place.

All the staff was very professional and eager to assist. Dr. was very efficient and made some extremely helpful suggestions. Big Kudos to Louis, he was awesome!!! I would recommend this facility to any of my family or friends. I do agree with a couple of the comments, though, the advertised main switchboard phone number was very difficult to use. BUT if you call this offices direct number, youll get right through and youll get a cherry voice on the other end. On the flip side, their main website was very user friendly. I scheduled an appointment online and within a couple hours I received a phone call confirming my appointment.

Jaimei assisted me with the entire process for an appointment today. Her professional and efficient behavior made the entire process including the exam, and selecting new lenses a good experience. Customer service is important, especially when dealing with the important decision regarding vision. My thanks to Jaimei, Dr. Lockwood, and the staff at Optical Outlet for their conscientious efforts to assist me with new eyewear!

It was the worst experience ever the doctor was very rude and I ended up having to go elsewhere where I was told I had an eye condition that needs to be treated with steroids, the rest of the staff like the receptionist and the sales people were extremely helpful and caring I will never go back here again!!

My husband and I have been here yearly. Manager Pamela is always pleasant, knowledgeable and willing to be of assistance. Dr. Julie is thorough, professional and always gives good advice. I would highly recommend this Optical Outlet.

Loved my experience there. No one looks forward to having to go to the eye doc. But this place was great. The person taking care of me was so pleasant and the eye doctor seemed extremely knowledgeable.
