An hour drive each way. Started to go. Called from the car to see how far behind he was. Told two hours. We cancelled for next week. Next week called. Told on time. Got there in an hour. Told he was two hours behind. Four people ahead of me IN AN HOUR.. Must book five at the same time! Left the practice. Other doctors that are better, in my opinion, AND DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE UNREASONABLE WAIT. Also wanted me to come back for another procedure. Said the person to do it wasnt in the office that day. Had me come back when person was there. Three weeks later I got a bill FOR AN EXTRA OFFICE VISIT. GO ELSEWHERE!

Good care, overall friendly staff, excellent coffee and most importantly. Problem solved! Waiting is normal in any doctors office, if a doctor has a lot of patients it means he is good. I dont mind the waiting as long as my concerns are solved
