**WHAT A COMPLETE SCAM!!! Please do yourself a favor and do not use this doctor or the facilities at 180 Patrcia Ave Dunedin, FL 34698. I went there for a "Health Assessment" which is covered 100% by United Healthcare. A month later I receive a bill in the mail from Bay Care Medical Group stating I owe them $63.99 for an "Office Visit". Keep in mind my insurance has already paid 100% of my "Health Assessment". Ive called the office explaining my concern and they advised I was charged for an office visit because I answered the doctors questions during the Health Assessment. Sounds Ludicrous? Well believe me it is!! I then attempted to resolve the matter through my insurance company to which I was advised I would have to write a formal letter....its 2016 and I have to write a letter and send it via USPS to their facilities in Minnesota in order to have my claim reviewed. For the record I went for a health assessment on June 23, 2016, its now September 12, 2016 and Ive only received one phone call from Bay Care Medical Group. If I could give this review a **NEGATIVE 5 STARS** I would, but unfortunately, I have to give a rating which is **One**. Trust me do not waste your time dealing with this office. They are scamming our medical companies for hundreds of thousands of dollars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Truly, Kelly Donohue

I understand being billed for something you feel is not correct in your mind,but Dr Pandurangan is a good doctor. Bashing her is not fixing a billing issue. I had to change doctors when I moved from Ohio and that was difficult since i had been with my Dr for 20 years. Dr Pandurangan was very good and her medical assistant was too. The staff has been helpful with rx renewals. I saw this and I had to say something. I have had issues in the past with my previous Drs office with insurance and billing , but I didnt blame my Dr. I worked with billing and insurance and figured it out. I hope if your looking for a pcp you will try Dr P. Everyone has different experiences, mine has been positive.

Excellent Dr. She listens and has genuine concern for your health. Actually takes time out to listen to your health concerns and provides her knowledge and work out a plan to work best for your health. This Dr came highly recommended and I now know why. Staff is also friendly and helpful.

Look no further for a better primary doc. I absolutely love her. She listens to me and my concerns an then gives me her insight from there WE come up with a solution finally got a doctor that cares for me and my needs
