Dr. Saccente is a great doctor IF you can get into him. I tried for 2 weeks to get an appointment and could not get in. Took medical direction for his front desk staff Cindy who told me he would call something in for me. After I had taken the medicine the length of time I was instructed to and told to call back if not better, Cindy informed me that I had only been taking the medicine for 3 days. NOT true it was 7 days. Again, requested an appointment and was told no. Cindy is very rude and condescending especially for only being a front desk girl in a physcians office. Anytime you try to explain anything to Cindy she is curt and talks over you. Perhaps if she had let me finish speaking she would have known I had been taking the medicine longer than the 3 days she stated. I ended up at a walk in clinic with walking pneumonia. Looks like it is time to find another Dr. No use in having one that you cant get into when you are sick.

Its rare when you find a doctor that actually still cares and takes the time to listen, and better yet, remember details about you. Dr. Saccente is that doctor. I am so happy to have found him, Ive had some awful treatment at other offices so it is much appreciated to be attended to by a professional who is outstanding in his field. I highly recommend this doctor. As for the other reviewers comments about the staff, I guess everyone has an off day, they are efficient at what they do and its a small office so you have to have some patience.

Dr. Saccente was excellent! He was beyond all of my expectations. However, I was not as impressed with his staff. They were somewhat rude and unhelpful. I was given the run around and was even lied to by the front desk staff. All I wanted was the results to my lab work. I still cant get anyone to give me that information and it has been about a week since I first called looking for the results. But, with that said, I feel Dr. Saccente is great doctor and I would recommend him to anyone.

I am a local chiropractor and patient of Dr. Mike. I love sending my patients to his office when they need a good doctor. Love that he is an internist also. Genuine person, no ego, he is straight forward and direct. I also think it is cool that he is the worlds biggest Pearl Jam fan! Go see Dr Mike.

Dr. Saccente is an unbelievable doctor. I recently had surgery and was shocked to find that he came to the hospital motor than once to check on me. He actually cares about his patients. Great man/Doctor!
