I did not have the same experience as this other patient. I was recently misdiagnosed and was told I no longer had carpal tunnel or a trapped ulna nerve. After receiving this diagnosis I immediately went back to my primary and got a referral to another office where the diagnosis of carpal tunnel and an issue with my trapped ulna nerve was confirmed. In the past two weeks I have undergone surgery under another medical practice. Was truly disappointed after having suffered with a known carpal tunnel as a result of a car accident in 2006 and a repeat confirmation of this carpal tunnel in 2014 to be told that it no longer existed.

We were asked to arrive at 11:30am for a 12pm appointment assuming that we had paperwork to complete. After completing paperwork we waited 2 HOURS with no explanation. We finally left at 1:45pm. Others who had been waiting ahead of us also left. It was a MESS! There was absolutely no respect for patients time. I have no idea if the doctors in the practice are any good - but the office staff is terrible and they are the first people to give you an impression of the care you might receive. Its not worth it. Were going elsewhere.

Coming from a different Dr where I was just a # and being told I was too young for pain. I am a new patient and absolutely recommend this office to everyone. I felt extremely comfortable and the staff was all so pleasant and helpful. The office itself is clean and well organized. I was seen by Andrew Johnson PA and he was so easy to talk to and understand.

Dr.Marcotte is an excellent ,extremely caring Doctor. While I will agree the wait time was long, my daughter was one of the patients that he took extended time with. She had been in a car accident and without his surgical help she would have had permanent damage. I would highly recommend him for any wrist problem.

We were so pleased with everything about this office from scheduling the appointment to the xray technicians and Dr Marcotte. Very friendly and compassionate. We may have waited 20 minutes or so beyond our appointment time but that seems pretty standard these days. One we got back, things were very efficient.

Terrible service by the staff. Asked to arrive 30 minutes early and ended up waiting 2 hours to be seen. Staff was rude and said the only thing that mattered was the sign in sheet time. So I asked why did we show up 30 minutes early and she said thats because that is their policy. Stay away from this place!

Dr Marcotte is amazing, compassionate and professional. I was referred to him by post surgery hospital staff who knew how pleased his other patients were. Those who complain about waiting need to think about the other patients ahead of them whose needs may be as urgent as theirs. A good doctor IS busy!
