I have not been seen at that office since Dr. Schmidt left. So, its been awhile. I called today for an appt. While "Debbie" got my information she said Id have to talk to a "Dee". Instead Debbie came back on the line and let me know before anyone could be seen that there was a 109.00 balance on the account that needed to be paid. I asked under my account? No, under my son and they have been calling for some time. I said oh, ok. What number? They had the wrong number. I said can I receive another invoice? She said theyve been sending them for a long time..I said must not be the correct address..Of course it was a 3 yr old address. She said again no one can be seen until this is addressed. I said fine, I wont be seen today and try sending a bill to the correct address. It has to be sent back my the post office as its not a legal address for us and for quite some time now. When my son was seen his information was updated at that time, why wasnt your billing? I understand owing a bill but she was so rude about it that I could care a less whether I ever went there again.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Emericks for a while, and when he decided it was time to retire, or cut back, I was devastated! It takes a long time to find a doctor that you trust, that you can make an appointment within a reasonable amount of time, and the hours are convenient for your busy life. I began seeing Dr. Matt Prior at the same office, and I am so very impressed! He is very thorough, addresses all your concerns, answers your questions, and treats your illness aggressively! I felt like getting me well was his top priority! He never keeps me waiting long, is always very pleasant and professional. The plus side is hes got a long career ahead of him, and I wont have to worry about finding a new doctor anytime soon. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new doctor. From the office staff, the nurses, the lab technicians, to the doctor, a very pleasant atmosphere!

The receptionists are absolutely awful. (Except for a select few). If you make an appointment at 3:00, expect to be seen at least 15 minutes later. They are rude, uneducated and do not care about patients. If you request the most simple things they make a huge deal out of it and make sure to take AS LONG AS POSSIBLE. I have only seen one doctor here (LePera) and although she has gotten much better, she can be extremely rude. If you come to her with any complaints, she tells you its "normal" and then continues to exaggerate about how much pain she is in, etc. All she does is write scripts and can offer no explanation for any symptoms. Ive actually come to her with my own online research and shes had to look it up. End result? She just wrote me a script and said if it didnt help to come back... probably for another script.

Dr Marston is awesome. She is a great listener, thorough, knowledgable, compassionate and helpful. It always just feels like Im talking with a friend and that she really cares. She always geninuely addresses my concerns and feedback. She is thoughtful in what she recommends and always follows through when she says she will do something. Ive never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to get an appointment and I like that her hours arent just 8-5. Im thankful to have her as my primary care. Ive had no problems with any of the nurses, lab or sonogram techs. I really like that they have onsite lab techs and some results, you will can receive before leaving. I will say the front desk is hit or miss, the level of kindness and helpfulness you will receive, depends on who you get.

Awful! I have been going here for years. I am supposed to only have to go annually for my blood work for my thyroid medication and now they have changed their office procedures to every 6 months. Annual was October to October. I was there in May for a cough and had my blood work done then thinking I would not have to go back again until May. Well to get my prescription filled they insist I come in. For what???? Just a way to make more money. I am livid with this place and they have no good answer for me about it either. Time to look for a different office and doctor. Just so happens the doctor I did see is retiring and they are going with the new young doctors protocol.!

The nurses and wait staff were pleasant but Dr. Klein was VERY RUDE. After waiting two hours to see him, he curtly me that they didnt do allergen testing there and Id have to go somewhere else. Nobody told me that when I was asked the reason for my visit, either over the phone or while I was checking in. The visit ended with my asking for other options to get help, to which he walked out on me, repeating "we are done here, we are done here." I was so furious at being treated this way that I will never go back or recommend anyone to this clinic. ZERO STARS!!!!!

Been going to this clinic since I was 15 years old and have seen many of the doctors. My primary doctor is Dr. Mianecki but I have seen some of the other doctors and have not had any issues with the doctors, nurses or other staff. However I will not see Dr. Klein as I feel he is very unprofessional and Ill wait a day to see another doctor there.

I love that this office has late office hours, and so far I have only been there twice but both times I was able to get an appointment that was at a convenient time for me (after 5pm, after work). There is a newer young doctor that is awesome, very friendly, patient and helpful. Really glad to have this office as my new family doctor.

Been going to this place since I was born and my familys been going here for almost 35 years. Dr. Mianecki is the most amazing doctor and person that you will ever meet in your life, hes apart of my family and he was the one who checked me after I was born awesome place

Ive been going to Anchor Bay Clinic for years, and the last time I went, my doctor was out, so Dr. Debra Moses saw me. Wow! She was very kind, and brightened my day! I also like how their hours are very flexible- unlike most doctors offices that close at 5pm.
