So with that being said, he is extremely arrogant! He never introduced himself or said "Hi how are you?" He has a horrible bedside manner to say the least! I am not the type of person that has ever even done a review or posted anything online. I was so hurt by this man that I think ppl should know what they are getting into. After the horrible experience I called another chiropractic office. Dr. Terry Lowry in Flower Mound. He saw me right away, explained everything and viewed my images and the report from the hospital. Which Dr. Shippy told me "why are you here" and I stated what was going on and that I did bring a report and images as well. His comment was "I hope you dont think I have time today to even look at them". I was shocked. Dr. Terry Lowry viewed them and explained everything plus did spend 45 mins doing a full adjustment and 20 mins with the exam. He actually apologized for the way Dr. Shippy treated me. Not only is Dr. Lowery a wonderful doctor, cheaper, explains everything without you feeling like your bothering him but an all around wonderful person. Things happen for a reason and I am so happy I met Dr. Terry Lowery! If you want a wonderful, knowledgeable, inexpensive and very intelligent doctor go see Dr. Lowery. Dont waste time or money to see Dr. Shippy. He is not worth it!

Best Chiropractic Dr. I have ever been too. Had tried several and lost hope. He has seen my through several years and many "mishaps" and injuries. His staff is the most friendly, accommodating and efficient staff I have ever dealt with in a medical office. I actually look forward to going. There are not many people I would trust my back and neck to as have rods in back and other issues. I trust him explicitly!!

I have been to several chiropractors before and non were as thorough and helpful. Dr Shippy and his staff are awesome. Also the office is very family friendly which is important because I have a toddler and a preteen. The office cares about their patients. In addition to taking great care of the patients, the office environment is inviting, clean and organized.

Great experience with Dr. Shippy. He is very knowledgeable about chiropractics and years and years of experience. Prices were better than I had expected for adjustments and such. Staff has been very helpful and friendly as well. If you need a chiropractor, this is the guy.

Overpriced rates for the area. The service is ok. Ask before you are offered additional services like massage that your insurance may not cover, they are expensive.
