I have been to several Joint locations and the one in McKinney is far and away the best. Carla and Bianca are incredible and they dont even ask me for my name or member ID anymore. I just walk in and everything is taken care of until Dr. O is ready to see me. Out of all of the receptionists Ive met at any business or service, Dr. O has the best of the best. Carla in particular always has a great story to tell for the rare visit where I have to wait for Dr. O to finish with a client. As for Dr. O, she is the only chiropractor Ive met who has been able to adjust my upper back so that I am pain free walking out of the office. Her bedside manner is fantastic, fun, and upbeat. She even pays attention to little things like having some tea tree or lemon grass scents near the face pillow to make the visit just that much more enjoyable. I cant recommend this location enough. I have a great time every visit and my back feels fantastic during and after my weekly visits.

I walked in with neck pain, and needed an adjustment or 5 to get it feeling better. I went back to meet with the doctor, and immediately, the hard sell started. Every time a check was done, I was told that I really need to have regular adjustments, otherwise I will never get better. While I understand that chiropractic care is an ongoing process, hard sales techniques are highly inappropriate. This is preying on peoples pain and suffering. I did not go to buy a new car. When I was checking out, I was told that I could prepay for my 6 upcoming sessions. I was given a quote of $179 for 6 visits, yet it is $69 for 4 visits. I was also told that if I didnt sign up today, the price would be higher next time I came in. Its a good thing I wont be going back.

I LOVE THE JOINT!!! I LOVE DR. O!!! From the moment you walk into the office you are greeted by the friendliest staff, soft music and a relaxing atmosphere. Within minutes you are seen by the doctor. All of the doctors are wonderful but Dr. O is an exceptional doctor who really listens to what is going on with your body and shows her passion for chiropractic and helping people to feel their very best. She goes the extra mile and has helped me tremendously with my extreme neck pain and headaches as well as helped both my husband and daughter to relieve their back pain. I 100% recommend the Joint and encourage you to see Dr. O.., I can promise you that you will be so very happy that you did!

I highly recommend this particular location to anyone needing chiropractic care! The staff is really friendly and Dr. Osifo is AMAZING. Ive been "man handled" by other chiropractors – which made me hesitant to continue seeking this form of treatment. But Dr. Osifo has a very gentle touch, is really thorough in her adjustments and does a great job explaining whats going on. I always feel 100% better afterwards!

Over the last few months, I have been coming here. This is a great place. The attending chiropractor is very excellent. She is very attentive. Coming here has helped. There is no need for appointment. All you have to do is come in. It is very well located and right by Market Street. I highly recommend.
