A month ago I was in so much pain I didnt know how I was going to get up and keep going every day. I injured myself back in March while painting some rooms in my house. I thought I had pulled a muscle, but weeks later the pain continued to increase instead of decrease. I went to the chiropractor I had been using for years and he did several adjustments and I was still not improving. I saw a massage therapist and still was in extreme pain. Finally, I decided to try a chiropractor again. I reached out to a group on Facebook, asking for recommendations. I was given the number for Dr. Don. I called and was given immediate attention by Kaity. I came in that evening and received excellent attention, complete with a full set of x-rays and a consultation. The x-rays revealed the worst-my neck is in bad shape and that is why I had been in so much pain. A plan was set to get me better. It has been 4 weeks now and I am doing about 60% better. I still have pain that radiates down my arm, but it is nowhere near what it was. Before Dr. Don, I was sleeping on my couch, sitting up and taking pain meds and alternating ice and heat constantly. Now I can sleep in my bed, only have to use ice or heat once or twice a week, and not taking pain meds. My overall health and spirit are doing much better. I have even noticed a change in my weight-I can now fit in pants 2 sizes smaller! Dr. Don is a blessing! I cannot say enough good things about him and his office. As a person, he is loving and caring. I have never had a doctor hug me until Dr. Don. He makes each patient feel like his only patient.

First I want to start off by saying that Doctor Don and Kaity are awesome,caring people and provide great customer service. Well if you ever gone to a Doctor for some back pain,neck pain,stiffness in your back etc. and you have been given medication for the symptoms without having ex rays or some sort of analysis. You take the medications and they help for a while but they do not cure you. Which brings me to my first visit with Doctor Don where he explains what he does and how he treats your spine and a very thorough explanation on how your spine works, what it does and how it should look. Well ex rays were taken and turns out my neck has no curve and my lower back was off a bit which explain the stiffness and pain in my neck and lower back. So Doctor Don gives me my first adjustment on my neck, man let me tell you it did wonders for my stiffness and pain and as for my back it was very stiff but now after all the treatments I would say I am about 90 percent over all better. I highly recommend Doctor Don to anyone that has back pain or discomfort to go visit him, you will see as I have that it is the greatest investment you could make for it not only helps your spine but your over all health, for he truely cares for your and your health.

After back surgery in 2004, I began to research chiropractic care as a way to maintain my health. IN the beginning, it was only about not ever having to undergo back surgery again. I found the results for maintaining my back health excellent. But, what I didnt expect, and the reason I still go to the chiropractor on a regular basis was the OVERALL wellness that chiropractic care supports. I have been seeing Dr. Don for over a year now. I drive out of my way for his great care. In my opinion there is not a better Chiropractor in the DFW area. He got me from hurting so bad that I spent my life in bed when not at work due to severe neck and back pain to moving around and feeling alive again. Before Dr. Don I had no quality of life. I lost all kinds of family time due to pain. I am now 100% pain free and only see him once a week to stay healthy. Dr. Don to be honest saved my life. He gave me my life back! Ms. Katy is an added bonus. She just makes going there so much better. She is always professional but better yet she adds a personal touch that makes her special and one of a kind.

Dr. Don is not your conventional chiropractor. From the moment you walk in the door the first day, you know you are about to experience something totally different. From Ms. Katy greeting you and explaining their high-tech systems to Dr. Don beginning to align your back just minutes after youve checked in at the front door. Im constantly traveling, spending most of my time in a plane and sleeping in hotel beds. Coming home now doesnt only mean that I get to see my family, sleep in my own bed under my own roof, but also that Im going to be able to get my back aligned by Dr. Don. I am so thankful for Dr. Don and his staff at Foundation Chiropractic. My family drives from Sherman to Mckinney, because he is truly the only chiropractor I trust with my little ones. My daughter was only 4 days old the first time I took her to Dr. Don, because she seemed to be in pain every time she moved in her shoulder area. She stopped crying in the middle of her adjustment and you could just see the relief in her little face, and we havent had that problem since then! It was amazing! Not only that, but they are extremely friendly and Dr. Don is very knowledgeable, and happy to answer any questions you may have. I very highly recommend this office to anyone!

Prior to getting treatment from Dr. Thorpe and the staff at Foundation Health Chiropractic, I was in a lot of back pain most everyday and was taking medications to ease the pain. During my first few visits, he explained what was causing the pain and his prescribed treatment plan. After a month of treatment, the amount of days I am in pain is very few and the intensity of the pain is very low. So much so, that I do not take anything for the pain. Dr. Thorpe is wonderful and caring. I couldnt ask for more in a doctor. I cant wait to see the final results from my treatment with Dr. Thorpe and the rest of the staff at Foundation Health Chiropractic!

Under his care I have regained mobility that I thought was lost forever, and daily doses of pain meds are a thing of the past. I feel great and my outlook on life has changed dramatically.
