So the first thing wrong with my experience is that he refused to drive to Field Brooke and detail the car, Okay, then lets have it done in Mckinleyvillie, still no. So I set up an appointment with him at his shop in Eureka. We pull up and to be honest my car is a 1990 Mazda, so pretty old and not the classic car kind of old. He points out that he wont be able to do much work on the exterior because of the oxidized paint and he tells me he doesnt usually work on car past 1995, but he will still do it. I ask him to also blow out the engine compartment which he does. We leave and come back to his shop a few hours later and the first thing I think when I see the car is "Wow, that looks pretty nice", but I walk up and look around at the window weather stripping, there were still pine needles in them. I go inside the car and look in the cracks and crevasses and I relies he did not do any deep cleaning, just a basic clean and polish If you have a car that is already clean and just want it be shiner this would be great but if your hoping for a deep clean this isnt the place.

I could not be more impressed. The Detail Doctor did such an amazing job on my car today. I brought in the most disgusting 07 Chevy Malibu and had underestimated the level of grime I was hauling in with it. In all honesty the car should have been dropped off for a couple days. Several years of abuse and neglect had to be expunged from my vehicle and they put in the time and effort to restore my pride of ownership. Removing a decade of collected sans from my floor boards, buffing out hundreds of paint scratches from my dog, and making the interior shine like new. They brought back the new car smell to a vehicle that has seen close to 200,000 miles of torture from my pets and children and did it with a smile. I called every shop in town before I got my appointment and I will never do that again. The Detail Doctor is the first and last call I will make to get any of my vehicles done in the future. They have pride in the level of service they provide and it shows in the quality of their work.

I had an amazing experience at the Detail Doctor. Unfortunately, my car had some ants that found their way into the trunk of the vehicle and it was a horrible situation. I had a toddler and I was repulsed at the thought of ants walking all over the inside of my car. Dave completely eliminated the ant problem I had and cleaned the inside of my vehicle beautifully. He is always extremely friendly and professional. I highly recommend!

Dave went out of the way to get my RV done prior to me leaving town the people he sent to do the job did excellent work and took excellent care of the RV I would recommend this business to anyone that needed detail work done
