Appointments are at least a month and a half out if you are new. I was called on end of the day Friday before Wednesday appointment to reschedule in the same day because of a scheduling error. Good luck trying to get in contact with this place hardly answer their phones. Do not leave a message call until you get a real person. It is their policy that you have to call them the day before your first appointment because they have so many people that are no call no show. Most places call you. Even if you call and leave a message to confirm that is not good enough. This place puts the responsibility on the patients.

Ive been going to them for almost 3 years for pain in my back shoulder and feet and they have done nothing for it, the pain is so bad Ive considered suicide to make it stop and I told them this and they just keep giving me more appointments and saying to take some ibuprofen which does nothing for my pain Im not a druggie or pill popper but I would do anything to stop my pain at this point including suicide I hope my kids sue them

From repeated misdiagnosis, to not having the ability to fax the correct referral despite doing it over 5 times. The only person who seems to know what theyre doing is their social worker. If you can, just find better doctors.
