Veronica Wizes is a wonderful healthcare provider who I have seen for 11 years.She listens, is kind and acts with caution. I adore her! Her staff has always been kind and helpful as well. That said, the new receptionist there has been very difficult to communicate with. Shes been very short with me, failed to listen to what I was asking, failed to send my referral to St. Josephs the first time, then finally sent it, but failed to include my ultrasound and mammogram ( required for them to make the very urgent appt. for the diagnostic mammogram I need) then , when the radiology dept there requested she send those right away, she sent them to the wrong hospital.The wrong hospital then calls me to make an appt. only to realize THEY got the requested info and NOT the correct hospital. When I called her, for the fourth time in three days, to tell her she had now sent the needed radiology reports to the wrong hospital, she became very defensive, talking over me, not listening to what I was saying so that she could understand what had happened and continuing to insist she hadnt failed at ANY of the things she was asked to do.....even though it was obvious. Now, I NEVER write reviews, but I am very frustrated. Its bad enough to be nervous about possibly having breast cancer, but to have to be disrespected so was just too much. Again, Veronica is great. She is very smart and up to date on medical developments. I completely trust her so yes, see her, but be prepared for the new front desk receptionist. Judy was wonderful. I hope she is okay. Not sure why she isnt there right now.

I was talking and sherl interrupted me twice, so I said stop interrupting me so u hear me...and understand what Im saying. .............she said since im being rude, she will stop me from going there ever... I asked why..........she had no answer. And hung up . Some employees are high on prescription pills I strongly believe

Incredibly unhelpful. I was a patient there years ago and they couldnt respond to a small request made by my employer. This is not a large office and automated responses to complex questions seems unprofessional.
