I called in the first time to get a quote for ear wax removal (because I know for a fact that there was something in there, and I can feel it sometimes blocked my hearing) and they gave me a quote of ~$100. Then they said, because you are a first time patient, you will need to pay $234 for consultation fee, which includes looking at the ears, nose and throat. I agreed to pay that amount as long as they can help me remove this wax that is in my ear. During the day of the visit, the doctor spend a total of AT MOST 5 minutes looking at everything (ear, nose and throat and said everything is fine. He looked in my ears at a quick glance with his microscope and said there was nothing. Im pretty sure if he looks closely, there is something. After quick inspection of everything, they said I can go and didnt at least try to do a vacuum suction to remove what is in there. I tried to call back to see if they can at least try harder and they said that I will be charged for another visit. I wanted them just to look at it again carefully and because I was already charged, why I am I going to get charged for the same purpose again?! Like SERIOUSLY! The next visit will be another examination where they will just inspect the ears again and if they dont see anything, they will most likely tell me to leave. Why dont they at least do a procedure? I think their way of customer service is highly POOR. I will make sure not to come back to this office ever again. Its frustrating dealing with them. I contacted my insurance and left a negative comment about this office also. Good luck in you are visiting this office.

I am so grateful to Dr. Stevens. I had been to another ENT in town the day before who saw nothing, did nothing, and the pain was becoming unbearable in both ears. Dr. Stevens happened to be on call and was able to fit me in. He has appropriate specialty equipment (the other ENT I saw the day before only used an otoscope to peer in and so missed the problems altogether) and was able to quickly see that I had a raging infection in both ears. He cleaned out the mess from the drainage and then gave me an antibiotic. When the left ear then kept getting worse over the weekend (while right got a bit better), he returned my call in the evening and told me to come in right when he opened in the morning. He switched me to a different antibiotic and again cleaned out the new drainage in the other ear. He cultured the bacteria and then saw me again along the way. It took almost two weeks for the infections to fully clear and his treatment transformed me from a miserable mess to feeling good again.

My wife Rachel Stevens went in for a sinuplasty. They did not listen to her about concerns before surgery. Those concerns they did not listen to. It would have been simple ifvtheyvlistened. Instead she woke up during surgery drowning on her blood from being aware. They should have listened. She remembers almost the whole surgery. She died that day and came back in the table. Messed up thing, is she was admitted in ICU for an 1hr 15 minutes. The surgery only lasted 45 minutes and should of lasted for 1hr 30 minutes. They released her and now she has worse problems with her diblitating PTSD. Thank god she lived. The nose job turned out perfect. Now Im dealing with my wife with worth anxiety. My wife of 18 years this May 1st. ✝

I wouldnt even give this doctor one star if possible! He wasnt in the room with my son for 5 minutes before he said my son had autism! He was way too young for that disingenuous and he is not a specialist in behavior! My son was being seen for a hearing test. We will never be runturning and I wouldnt send my worst enemy there!
