At the time of my visit they insisted I must pay a co pay up front or I would not be seen. I explained I was sure I would not owe a co pay but they insisted, reassuring me I would be refunded any over payment. Well guess what, I get my blue shield statement and sure enough I did not owe the co pay. I call them to request my refund and of course I get the run around. You must call billing on the east coast. Problem is they put me on hold every time I call and never answer. I am left on hold for eternity. They are really good at taking your money but not good at giving it back when they over charge. Believe me if we wouldnt pay our bill they would turn us into collections real quick but if they owe us money too bad.

Not pleased.... My pharmacy has tried to fax his office for a refill with my prescription for 3 weeks now with no reply. I have also made several calls to there office and can not get an answer or a return call. Very unprofessional
