Initially I liked this ND office a great deal. But over time its become completely ridiculous. I dont know if they have taken on too many patients or are totally disorganized but it has effected their quality of care. I put up with constant rescheduling of my appointments. Once, I was told that the dr wasnt going to be in the day I was scheduled and so my options were to postpone my appointment for a month or see a different dr. So I chose to see a different dr. When I got in for my appointment the original dr WAS there that day, my guess is that they over booked and so instead of saying that they had made a mistake they just told some BS story. The other issue is once I get back to the exam room, I inevitably wait at least 45 mins for the dr to actually get to me. And 45 mins is the minimum. But the final straw has been the situation with my husbands prescription. We were told a month ago to call our pharmacy and tell them we needed a refill and the pharmacy would fax it to the dr. We did this and our pharmacy emailed us the fax confirmation. I knew the office would be slow to filling the prescription so I waited a week and then called the office to follow up on status. They had no recordof the prescription but I was told the following morning the dr would sign it and the nurse or whatever her title is would call it in. The next morning I get a call saying that they needed my husband to come in for a blood test before approving the prescription. This made no sense but whatever. My husbands appointment was the following morning. He was told they would call in the prescription that day. Since then we have called in every couple days and we are told the dr will sign it and fax it over. Its now been a week and a half since his appointment. This morning I spoke to a different person from yesterday and she said they did try to fax it but that the prescription had to be actually hand written by the dr and taken in personally. This also makes no sense because the first time we got the prescription it was FAXED by the dr office. I was told they would call me this afternoon so I could come get it. I called them at 2:45 and still theres not prescription. Its now been almost a month (on this coming Tueday). I understand being busy, I can put up with waiting an extra day or two for them to get things done. But a month?? This is my families health, my families life. My husband has been suffering for weeks now because of the complete lack of organization, concern, follow up, or capabilities. As a health practitioner this behavior and lack of follow through is 100% unacceptable.

My wife goes to this place she has an appointment at least every two weeks or so and every single time she has to wait at least 1.5_2 hours past her appointment time to even have her name called then to wait in the exam room for another 45 mins to an hour to be seen I came with her today and we are still waiting for them to call her name and it is an hour past her appointment time also people are having to stand and sit outside because of the lack of sitting space. This office is horrible I really hope that they can address this extremely uncomfortable and stressful Drs office.

Dr Jason Black Positively changed my life in 2004 by assisting me in discovering that I had a serious level of toxicity of heavy metals. I met with two doctors and loved them both! I love the approach to medicine. But staff is horrible, managing and mental health problems do not go here, front staff told me to do what I felt I needed to do. Really? Thats your help ? And your appointment being moved around with notice and getting charged $50! Too bad thats good doctors got stuck in offices with over paid brats!

"Naturopaths" that focus on making money - botox, writing books, limiting office visits, making their own products then pushing the products on clients. He has a terrible temper and over-charges. She has a ghost writer doing her blogs and many of her posts to boost her own image. Local doctors wont work with them - there is a reason why.

I visited Dr. Dhurga Reddy. She was very helpful in explaining the philosphy of naturopathic medicine. She did a competent and friendly exam, and perscribed a combination of non-pharmaceutical remedies that have helped the problem immensely. I plan to visit again when the need arises.
