My first visit was yesterday and I am aghast at the treatment I received. I told them my pain level was a 10 and I thought I had a kidney stone in my right kidney and that this new pain has been consistent for a month. The PA ordered a scan on my LEFT kidney because she said I squirmed when the nurse touched that side. Well I have about 10 spine injuries and Im in complete fibro flare right now, everything hurts. I presented a huge stack of papers proving that I have tons of spine injuries, nerve damage, Fibromyalgia, PTSD, anxiety, and depression and explained that I want to meet the doctor and that I need him to be okay with filling out any paperwork I may need filled out. The PA reviewed copies of paperwork my previous docs filled out. And they all stated I cant work due to a plethora of injuries. But she looks at me and asks why I cant work. I told her I havent been able to work for 3 years because the pain is incredible...as Im writhing in my seat in obvious pain crying. She asked me to state my injuries preventing me from working and I said "Fibromyalgia, PTSD, neck injury"..She cuts me off and says "my daughter has those things and she can work"...I wasnt done! Ive got about 10 more things to list and HOW DARE YOU say that to a patient! The PA told me she was going to check my urine for blood. Nobody took my urine. Nothing was explained to me. I was expecting somebody to give me a piece of paper and tell me to call radiology to get the wrong kidney scanned. But when I asked, they didnt understand the question and then after I explained myself 5 times, I was told that the office staff would make that appointment for me. Office staff dont know MY schedule. I am perfectly capable of making my own appointments thank you very much. And heres the kicker. I was telling the PA who one of my previous doctors was and she proceeded to tell me "She had to run from Newberg because she was giving out pain pills to too many patients". That goes against docs ethics to badmouth another medical professional. I left that office suicidal because the pain was maddening. I ended up going to the ER and they checked my kidneys and ended up giving me 2 shots of dilauded. Im not putting up with incompetent medical staff. I am a paying customer with legitimate and significant health issues, not a cash cow. I expect to be talked to with respect. I expect to be taken seriously when I say my pain in incredible. I expect to be treated like YOU WORK FOR ME, because that is the case. And I have no problem with filing a formal complaint against doctors who break their code of ethics, which I am very well versed on due to my dealing with medical staff the past 20 years for my injuries.

The place is falling apart. I went in for a test and the room they had me in looked like a dirty old mop closet. it was so small. it even smelled. Then I saw Lenette who is very pompous and rude. She also happens to be the only family practitioner that sees both men and women because the other one only sees women though she is not a gynecologis. It has something to do with being a foreigner and not having some kind of qualification. The only other DR only works on heart problems. I had so many problems with them i cant list them all. Really the worst practice i have ever been to. I had a horrible Dr Lenette and wanted to switch but was literally surrounded by Drs that couldnt do anything. I never revived test result multiple times. I just cant stress how incredibly bad they are.

They are so bad that OHP insurance has decided they are no longer good enough for them to be a insurable by the state. They cant seem to keep the same dr for more than a few months. Ive been through 4 differnt primary care physicians through Willamette heart and family wellness in less than a year. All quit. The one dr left (Lenette) is rude, arrogant, and very dismissive. Very hard to reliably get medication. More turn over on Drs than a minimum wage retail store. All other drs they claim to employ are specialists and wont see most people. Its the worst Drs office i have ever been to. Once i complained they retaliated.

We recently transferred our primary care to Willamette Heart. My husband had a great first visit with PA Lynnette. She was down to earth and listened to him explain his health history. He especially loved that they had an in house lab for taking his blood, saving him a separate trip to the lab. I had seen Mabel earlier last year and was quite impressed with her warm and approachable manner. Scheduling was easy for both visits, waiting room is spacious. The office is no longer located in Willamette Valley Medical Center, but the new location is easy to get to, with parking in lot and close by on side streets.

This place is a joke. I called them Tuesday morning over and over for literally hours and no one ever picked up. I needed to make and urgent (not emergency) appointment for my kids. I finally left a VM around noon. Thursday evening they finally returned my call and acted like it wasnt a big deal. What kind of hospital or pediatric provider works this way??? Ive found a new provider and I will never have anything good to say about this place.

They have one Dr that only works only on hearts, one Dr thats not a gynecologist but only sees women patients for some reason and finally one very demeaning and dismissive family Dr. Her name is Lennette and she is the only Dr left after they lost 4 other nice and qualified Drs. High turn over. Loosing scripts. I cant name all the reasons they are soo bad!

This clinic is excellent, its up to date, clean and all of our appointment times have been respected. Lynette is the Nurse Practitioner who sees my teens, shes well educated, realistic, discreet and respectful of her patients, and her patients parents. Its one of our only Healthcare choices in McMinnville, and I am happy it is here.

The staff are very personable and they genuinely care. Mabel Dzata is an amazing primary care physician, and she always makes me feel safe and cared for during my visits. They call as soon as test results come in, and always treat me in a professional and respectful manner, both over the phone and in person.

Dirty, smelly and highly unprofessional. Feels like you are in a third world country. You know its bad when you ask your provider to explain something and she tells you to search Google.. Sheesh. Moving right along...

Not impressed with this place. Went in to have bloodwork done, it was put in someones inbasket for 2-1/2 months. I kept calling and was told it wasnt in. Very disorganized and very very run down. I wont be going back.
