As they are very quick to respond to faxes & its a great office, the hold time for Sam Fam Med to speak to a person has been SUCH a long wait. Ive currently been holding for about 10 mins & it rang, then went back to hold music, like someone picked up then put back on hold. One thing they could definitely improve on is answering phones & hold times.

This is a great clinic fast and friendly, I have attended hear for over a year, but Ive been on hold on the phone now for about 20 minuts and no answer. Shouould I apply for a job answering the phones seems they need someone too answer them. This is the longest Ive ever been on hold.

I have loved this clinic since find Dr. Abresch-Meyer. She is the best PCP I have ever had. She listened to every concern and worked attentively till help me feel my healthiest. I am sad she is off to do more elsewhere!

Getting prescriptions refilled here is a total pain. The staff seems to slow-walk all requests - they say things may take up to three days to process; in reality they always take at least three days.

Contradictory advice from doctor who always acts rushed, listens poorly, and seems to do nothing more than prescribe meds. Had to have my medical records corrected more than once.
