I drove for an hour today ...and they "forgot to inform me she wanted a payment" I said as soon as I get back to the house I will give you my ammex card sorry I will get that right to you today.and she said sorry we cant see you today.I talked them on the phone 4 timetimes befor that day received no correspondence in the mail indicating any balance was past due....and nd still she turned me away...I am not going to pay you at all now. .try that for your winning customer service. ...Michael way

They waiting room was packed and the Dr was not even there. People were walking out due to the un-professionalism of the staff and lack of Dr. I waited then asked the receptionist when he would be there and they did not know. I asked for my paperwork back so I could leave and the lady up front was NOT friendly!! So disrespectful!!!!!!
