I RATE THEM ZERO & THATS BEING NICE... Ob/gyn is TERRIBLE! 1 nurse screamed at me saying I "had to call the person taking care of my baby & tell them that they need to wait" because ms. Prescott was taking her time writing imaginary "notes" when no one was there... No patients yet she couldnt be bothered and took her sweet time while I waiting 45min & had to leave to go see my baby... Then beacuse I decided that my son was more important.. They decided to wash their hands & transfer me to jackson when Im almost due... WITHOUT MY CONSENT! ... Then another nurse lied & said she called my phone & got consent from "some guy" yet when I told her that I live alone & no one answered my phone neither made any consent for me then she said "maybe" she called the wrong number & couldnt even verify the supposed number she called & then she didnt wana give me her name either & after asking 4 times... She gave me a name which was wrong because later someone from a different department gave me her correct name. And another nurse said "it doesnt seem like youre in pain" the day that they mistreated me.. Knowing I have a me tal disability. They are scared & giving false names because now they know they can get in trouble for the way they treated me & everything that has gone on. Im going to make sure I file a complaint & that corporate gets to the bottom of whos name is whos because they all started giving wrong names.

They are an okay place. Only reason I gave two stars because you have different doctors in one place. Take for ever to answer the phone. And when someone do answer they have an Attitude. Its been 5 weeks since I Been waiting on my glasses. Usually it shouldnt take no more than a week. Take them for ever to book my appointments. If I ask to schedule an appointment today I wont be seen until 2 weeks later. I highly recommend Empower U on 7900 nw 27 ave at The Village Flea Market go there. They are very good

Kia Prescott is a evil b*** in the obgyn department transfers you to other health centers involuntarily if she decides she doesnt want to deal with you.she did this to me at the end of my pregnancy sent me to jackson as if they knew were to start to treat me! I will b filing a complaint she will deny you medical service for personal reasons or if she just doesnt like you worst place ever.

I went to see the optometry and they were great. So now I wanted to switch my doctor over to them. But Im glad I didnt. As we speak I called them 50 times in a row and they pick the phone up and hang up. I call again same thing. Mind you I have to wait at least 3 minutes for them to answer the phone. Its ridiculous. I wish I could just rate it 0 stars.

Hold times over the phone are ridiculous. Unprofessional to leave a patient on hold for that long, but offering to give someone a call back so they dont have to hold doesnt seem to be a feasible option. Also, getting incorrect information that is frustrating to new patients. Definitely not looking forward to going to this place.

Customer service/receptionist/front desk is just plain ridiculous. My kids have been going here for years but I hate when I have to call because you never get thru and when they do answer they pick up and hang up. Doesnt make any sense and that makes the company look bad.

If you have the money spend it where you can get your business done and leave. May be cheaper but at what price being called 3hours after your appointment time? Not to mention when you get called dont think the doctor is coming in to see you anytime soon.

Never been to this location but I called asking for their dental department contact number and the receptionist told me she was "NOT ALLOWED TO GIVE SUCH INFORMATION" like it was against the law. Shame on you Jessie Trice..

I love doctor Lysbeth Jermaine. She was my OB-GYN. The whole staff in that department is awesome!!! I had a great pregnancy, thanks to the staff at Jesssie Trice. Im grateful for this place. Very affordable

Transportation always late they take their time answering the phone the doctor always gone and it takes up til two months to see the doctor for appointments & follow ups BAD BUSINESS

They dont have the proper calling directory. My phone calls never get answered, or it will hang up my phone.
