I am having big time problems with Baptist Health billing department, looks like this department doesnt know how to invoice secondary insurance companies, now I am getting notices from Baptist collections department. I recently wrote and extensive email to "Patience Experience" with 19 pages of backup documenting my phone calls, correspondence with copies my insurance cards, and I even visited Baptist South Miami and talked to a billing supervisor who sent an email and assured me that it was taken care. "Patient Experience " sent me back to the same billing department who offered no help! . Next step I guess is visit the CFO at this location. I like the medical staff, locations, service, community involvement.
Muy buena atención desde que entras a las instalaciones del Hospital. Pero estoy teniendo problemas para comunicarme con el Departamento de cobro, me están cobrando una cuenta que debe pagar mi seguro secundario,ellos tienen todos mis datos y no me puedo comunicar por teléfono con ellos,en ese departamento le doy un 0.

Horrible, be prepared to wait for hours on the telephone before someone answers. Be prepared to have incorrect invoices sent to your insurance company. Be prepared to have to call multiple times in order to resolve issues.
Imagine calling the corporate office and not a soul can answer the phone. Where do you go to when you have a problem if they cant even answer the phone?
