I was not acknowledged for 10 minutes and even then I had to holler to the back of the room. the entire time I was there the phone range and no one answered it. there was zero concern for the clients waiting.

So called to ask a question n they answer n hang right up. My question is if someone has adopted a child can they change by taking the birth parents off the birth certificate n put their name on it?

Ive called three times, gone through the entire menu (which is ridiculous in itself) and after 3 minutes of waiting, someone picks up, then hangs up immediately.
