Aside from a LONG wait even with an appointment the staff is generally nice. I went for a pre-employment physical. I waited an hour and a half to see the physician who was very nice, but he basically saw me in under 5 minutes. The older woman working behind the desk with short hair who doesnt directly deal with patients is incredibly rude and has no personality. I think it would have severely wounded her to crack a smile. Other than her and the wait times, its a general quick care with everything to be as expected.

First one in the door. Been here an hour so far for a simple company urine screen. Caused me to miss work. Rude lady at the front desk. This place makes Med Express look impressive. NEVER AGAIN. Still Waiting......

Great staff. Ive been here 3 times. Theyre consistently efficient, friendly, and helpful. At the end of the day the line can be long. At noon on a Wednesday I was out in under an hour.

Worst place to go to Doctor doesnt know what hes doing. I was in pain to point I can walk and he wont give me a day off. Physical therapys are very nice and they are good

Appointment times are made and to be kept. Not make someone wait for 2 hours past the appointment time. Close the doors already.
